A little censorship actually can be helpful! I think Seth did his best work when dancing around the FOX censors originally, Cartoon Network's Adult Swim lets almost anything go and the writers of most of their shows get really sloppy as a result - they end up aiming at 13 year old boys' ideas of what's funny (let's see how many traditional 4-letter words, body parts and body discharges we can fit into one scene kind of thing) instead of being clever.

I had a roommate once whose every other word was the F word, even more that in Christian Bale's tirade, and it was really boring. (I figured if she ever had kids, that would have to be their first word...) . I suppose she used it initially to shock her parents when she was younger, but it got to be a habit that was tiresome in a 23 year old.
