66. why would anyone defend him. Strange people who do. They must be either abusers themselves or have and or being abused now. Also the Police have made statements about this which make it clear that Chris did the beatings and stated the injuries on RiRi. It's just a matter of what charges now. 67. If Chris were innocent, no attorney would stop him from saying so publicly. In fact, if he were innocent, and said as much publicly, it would help his case tremendously. So we must conclude that Chris is guilty of beating Rihanna, and that his attorney is anticipating fashioning a plea bargain agreement for him. If I were accused of doing things I had not done, I would come forth and say so. He did something criminal to Rihanna, we just don't know which of the abuse details are true.

69. Okay when they show pictures of her maybe I would change my mind. But knowing how the media is the would do anything to get a story. You never know he could have been defending himself or something. So unless you have proof that he beat her and stuff and not this he said she said BS don't go saying Chris is guilty. I'm not defending him I'm just saying. But overall its a terrible story true or not true. I wish Rihanna the best and even Chris.

70. What about Rihanna?? He's sorry about what happened but he didn't seem sincere in his apologies directly to Rihanna. I'm happy that he's opening up about this situation but he should get real help. A pastor cannot help him solely. I can't believe he beat Rihanna up. She was his first real serious relationship. I guess he couldn't handle a breakup after he got caught CHEATING.

72. I truly think Rhianna is hurt worse than they are letting us on to. Normally you get in a fight or accident, you go to the ER and they send you home in a few hours. This poor girl has had to cancel shows and other events for the coming month!! That's a long time in the entertainment world. 74. Some of you people are so moronic that its besides comprehension. He is apologizing thus acknowledging that he beat RiRi down. His pops was saying how remorseful he was, thus once again acknowledging that he beat RIRi down. The police report says he beat her. They have a witness who observed/heard the beatdown and called 911. RiRi had marks, bruises, and bites which were photographed. There is no question that he beat her down. Why he did it, we don't know, but does it really matter? THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR WHAT HE DID. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS NEVER OK AND IT SHOULD NEVER BE MINIMIZED. IF HE GETS A SLAP ON THE WRIST THIS PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR WILL CONTINUE AND POSSIBLY ESCALATE. ALL THE DUMBASSES SAYING HE PROVOKED HER NEED TO GO BACK TO KINDERGARTED AND LEARN THAT HITTING ANOTHER PERSON IS NEVER OK. HE SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY, BUT HE DIDNT. NOW MOST OF YOUR FANS (WITH A BRAIN/SELF RESPECT) WILL WALK AWAY. HE NEEDS REHABILITATION. . . .IN JAIL.
