Arnold to California: Chill, I've Gotta Movie to Do

Wow...DMV's closing every other Friday, check. 10% sales tax proposed on all consumers, check. 9% tax proposed for vet bills, check. 12 cent per gallon of gas on all gas purchases for regular consumers, check. Let's be real. These types of things do nothing to address the lopsided tax table that IS THE REAL problem. He puts the State Legislature on lock down while he goes off and films a movie to enrich himself. He just needs to adjust his tax so he pays his fair share in proportion to the working and middle classes.
But he wants to make a movie.

It reminds of of that quote: "Let them eat cake". Nice to know where our governators priorities lie.

It's not Arnold's fault that this is still going on, and it's 1/2 day work.

Good for Arnold. Everyone needs to have a diverse range of interests and Arnold has many; his job, his family, his bodybuilding career, his acting career and trying to be fully human when surrounded by politicians all day. Crickey!

1) lots of politicians take time out to be on tv and make guest spots in movies, so get over that issue. he isnt the first and he isnt the last to do it, and i look fwd to seeing his cameo in the movie.

2) its not his fault our state is in a bind, it's our idiot legislature that refused to budge on the budget. this state is mired in bi-partisan politician bs and it's on them, not on him. he doesnt write the budget, THEY do.

3) he's the closest thing to a REAL republican and he's one of a handul that isnt beating people over the heads with their personal beliefs and has actually been trying and succeeding in moving this state forward with fuel eficiancy and appropriate spending, not jus throwing all our money it his friends, so thanking Gov. Terminator for that.

4) seriously tmz. i dont understand where the hell you get your staff from- wtf does the Illinois gov. have to do with Arnold doing a cameo?

i will never understand this website at all. you bash one person for doing one thing then wash the balls of someone lese for another. you post pictures of people eating and on vacation. where the eff is the decent stuff you guys used to post about? busting the LA sherriff's for tryin to cover up Mel Gibson's drunkfest was mass kudos. Now it's all "hey we havent posted a worthy topin in 2 days. time to spam the people with some rediculous photo of someone eating with commentary you dont bother to edit for commentary content...". I live in California and have no problem with Arnold doing a cameo, etc. He doesn't even take his salary as Gov (he thought the people in Ca. needed it more than he did). All the people getting so dramatic over this crap need to get back to work.

As a Californian who works in the industry I am aware that scenes take time, perhaps a day or two but as thousands are loosing their jobs I think the day would be much better spent working on the state and jobs and money to work and I don't know..... Arnold is at least working for FREE - gets no pay check. What is he going to do while he waits for the budget to be passed? Work on upgrading SKYNET? Or tweaking the T-X prototype by giving it bigger boobs?

For those of us in California who sought to prevent Schwarzenegger from becoming our governor, we knew we were fighting a losing battle against the voting peasantry who were so enthralled by having the Terminator for governor that there was no way they were going to be stopped. They were so star struck and swoony that I think they really believed "Ah-Nult" would come racing into town with a fleet of Hummers and an army of storm troopers, swoop down and save the state. It is very frustrating for those who knew what the consequences would be of having an unqualified, never mind bad, actor, take over our state. And baby will ya look at us now! Arnold Schwartzenegger is no more qualified to be governor of California than Geroge W. Bush was to be president of the United States. And of course the right wing Republican nut jobs wanted to change the constitution so "Ah-Nult" could become president! I hope that people will wake up and smell the coffee....and try to use their heads and show some semblance of intelligence when putting ego driven and opportunistic people in charge of our lives. Hopefully we'll have another chance, some time in the not to distant future, to stop this insanity once and for all.

The s.o.b don't even speak english! Neither does Stallone, they both suck always have. This movie is a bomb, will be a bomb etc. Spare us all, just scrap the movie keep the money you were going to do the movie with and give it to the state. lol

Kalifornia is such a mess it doesnt matter who the governor is. The sooner the big quake hits the better off the rest of America will be as it slides into the ocean.

CA is broke, because they are a bunch of communists, who think everyone should get a handout!!!! Not to mention any time Arnold wanted to cut something, the liberal communists complained and wouldnt vote for it! The type of handouts they give in CA and all lefty states including this pc of garbage CT, ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE!!! this is supposed to be a democracy, not communism!
