17. Californias first mistake was to elect an actor as a government leader. A terrible decision based on publicity and 100 years of entertainment genes mixing to create a whole state full of pretty, dumb, narcissists. They chose a state official / manager because they liked his movies and he is cool. That's just irresponsible. And now they complain because the guy has no idea what he is supposed to do to repair all of the corruption, wasteful spending and abuse in California. How about starting by cutting off free money to people that dont deserve it? People that are not truly citizens of our nation, not actually disabled or poor-need to be cut off. Also, send all of the illegals back to wherever and that will virtually empty the prison system- Then shoot trespassers at the border. In a short time - the word will get out that crossing illegally is not an option. Finally, lets set some standards for our elected officials. Seriously- They should at least have previous job experience.

Oh, I'm soo sorry that our gov. has done nothing for the film industry, I realize that its not right that ppl with MILLIONS of dollars have to pay to make movies here in Ca. its not fair, I mean I only work three jobs to take care of my kids and I'm about to be homeless cause most of my work gets payed through the state and I'm getting nothing but days off w/o pay and IOU's.
