Ms. Hose McGowan: Arnold had the balls to step in when a career politician just royally bent us over and was getting ready to have his way with us (the state of California) Arnold did do his best. However, years of mismanagement and giving large sums of grants to special interst groups (when that should have hit the saving account) has taken it's toll on california. Here is what she can do, Give some money to the state instead of bitching about things while you spend the excess amount of money you earned being a sometimes less than average actress.
