Lance Armstrong is back on the bike that was heisted last Sunday and thankfully for him, the thieves didn't follow the Criminal Handbook by stripping it for parts.
Lance is peddling away in the Agmen Race in California.

18. Lance get a job dude. Go work for Unicef. Ride your bike in the impoverished areas of the world. Deliver medicine to children who need it. Teach homeless kids to ride bikes. Give them new bikes. I would be more impressed in seeing a picture of you doing that than being in another bike race.
