48. I don't think people are fair to Michelle Williams. If she didn't take the child, then something would be said why didn't she take her daughter and if she does then people will say she is seeking sympathy,

I liked Heath Ledger as an actor, too bad that he allowed drugs to ruin his chances at not only doing more as an actor because that is nothing. His child losing her dad (no matter how he died) is a different story.

49. It is so easy to look backwards and pass judgement on someone! You say he should have had one doctor, etc. yet you obviously know nothing about actors. First, actors have to get physicals for insurance purposes and cannot be doing drugs while working on a film production. Second, because Heath lived in NYC, but worked in Chicago for the Dark Knight, then went to London for Terry Gilliam's movie, the one he was working on when he died, it is hard to have one doctor giving you regular medical attention. It is also possible to have more then one set of medication of you are living two months one place and a few months someplace else. Everyone who worked on his last movie said he was very sick with flu, and very likely pheumonia , and had injured his back. He injured it before, in Chicago on The Dark Knight. He was also stressed out and not able to sleep because of his flu, his back pain, and his insomnia. If you ever had insomnia it is no joke. It is not just missing some sleep for a few days. It is going for weeks, on maybe two or three hours of sleep every night until you are so mixed up and stressed you can't remember the days of the week. So before you pass judgement on Heath, please put his situation in context and atop acting so vicious and ugly. You need to ask yourself why you need to be so foul and vile. It is not clever or funny. You must have miserable lives and no friends to be so rotten.

51. #42... i wasn't slamming michelle williams because she took matilda.. of COURSE she would take matilda.. she's her mother and she loves her.. what i was trying to say is that i think it's just a little hypocritical that michelle is saying how much she loved heath.. how much his passing has destroyed her .. how much pain she is in because of his passing.. doing all these interviews like she is the grieving widow.. when they weren't even together.. they had a child together.. but were dating other people.. they weren't married.. they weren't living together.. they weren't even boyfriend/girlfriend at that point.. the only thing they had together was matilda.. so how can she be the grieving widow?

52. Heath died of an accidental overdose from taking a bad combination of PRESCRIPTION medication. What a shame, but he didn't do it on purpose. Heath was a great actor and father, The Oscar will be put in trust until Matilda is 18 and able to sign the legal agreement stating that if she ever wants to get rid of the Oscar, she must sell it back to the Academy. All Oscar winners must do these so there isn't a black market for Oascars. RIP, Heath.

55. I think she's starting to look both like her father and mother. I can definitely see Heath in her and just a hint of her mom. Can you imagine losing your father and forever have it pushed in your face? This little girl barely knew her father and now will be expected to know everything about him when dealing with the media and fans

58. Michelle is a selfish girl, she is mysterious and very evil because nobody knows her really. I don't understand why she still said that she is in grieve and the same time be with another guy. she want to show everybody that she is a good mom and she like to be famous just because she is the mother of Heath'child. she use that.

It's like Mickey Rourke.....he playes a broken shadow of himself who realizes just how much he screwed up....like his real life.
