Huh?She grieved and moved on.Some of his fans haven't.Duh Michelle has to earn a living and raising Matlida as she sees fit.Too bad Heath's famly lives so far from the USA but then there are others in the same country that see less of each other.

OTHERWISE HOW COULD HIS PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN NOT KNOW HOW THE DRUGS WOULD INTERACT. LEDGER DODN'T CARE...OBVIOUSLY. INSTANT FIX= DEATH, IN HIS CASE.
WHAT'S RIOTOUS IS THE ASSUMPTION I AM A MAN. WHY WOULD YOU ASSUME THAT????

65. 9. Matilda looks like a mini Heath. Do you suppose that her grandfather (Heath's father) will allow her to accept the Oscar in her father's name. Mr. Ledger seems to hog in for everything. I don't diminish his loss but his 15 minutes of fame has run out as far as I am concerned. On the other hand, Heath Ledger's fame will last forever.

When someone wins the Oscar they have to sign an agreement that if they want to sell it they have to give it back the the Academy for $1. Michelle is going to sign the contract so the Oscar will actually go to her in trust for Mathilda when she turns 18.

66. Enough of this placing drug addicts on pedestals. First, Ledger OD'ed getting high NOT accidentally as some of you so naively believe. Second, is it a prerequisite to do drugs in order to win an Oscar? Look at Nicholson, Downey Jr., Brando and Hanks, all drug addicts! Ledger deserves NOTHING for his drug-induced "acting".

71. This is a beautiful little girl. She looks like a porcelain doll. She resembles her dad who was a handsome man and a good actor. He definently deserves an oscar for his role as the joker. This is no symphathy award, I think he should've gotten it even if he were alive. RIP Heath.

75. Hey, it ain't over yet. Still holding out for Robert Downey Jr. over here. Does no one else see the potential irony here. RDJ was arguably the biggest junkie in Hollywood and it derailed a brilliant actor. Somehow, against all odds (let's face it we ALL had really wrote him off) he got his life together and has returned as a major hitter in Hollywood. How is he going to feel if he loses this Oscar to a dead guy who died of a drug overdose???
