From my point of view, (no one) deserves to be bodily harmed. If her story is completely true than I say good for her. At the same time if he accidently pushed her, he didn't deserve to be arrested. Also - why are there people out there who feel it's so weird for her to enjoy IHOP? Yes, she's very wealthy but that doesn't mean she can't enjoy a normal hot meal the like rest of America. I don't have sh_t and I like IHOP and if I win the lottery, I'd still eat there. : )

72. I would have laughed at this little bitch and left. Most states you can't arrest someone unless they commit a felony in your presence. If you try, and you are wrong, you set yourself up for civil liability, and you could potentially be charged with a felony yourself for kidnapping or illegal detention.

Nicky must need some PR since she hasn't made the gossip rags in a while so she took it upon herself to make a huge mountain out of a mole hill. The guy is homeless, buy him some food - don't arrest him for chrissakes. Knowing Hollyweird police he'll probably get stuck with life in prison.
