McNutt to Cops: "McNuggets Are an Emergency!"

Latreasa GoodmanThere's a reason this woman is wearing a serious grimace on her face -- she was just arrested over a box of Chicken McNuggets!!

Here's how it all went down: Latreasa Goodman claims she ordered -- and paid -- for a box of some delicious nuggets at a Mickey D's in Florida over the weekend, when suddenly the unthinkable happened -- she was told there were no more nuggets to be had. When an employee told her it was against store policy to give refunds, Latreasa called 911 -- three times in a row.

When the cops got to the scene, they tried to explain that McNugget drama is not an emergency -- but according to the police report obtained by TheSmokingGun.com, Latreasa begged to differ:

"This is an emergency, If I would have known they didn't have McNuggets, I wouldn't have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don't want one. This is an emergency."

But here's the rub: Even after cops cited her for "misuse of 911," Latreasa continued to tell cops, "This is an emergency, my McNuggets are an emergency."

FYI -- the mug shot in this post is from a previous arrest. We're guessing Der Wienerschnitzel ran out of chili.

62. mcdonalds are notorious for such... they pulled that stunt with me at 3am in the morning... I paid for 2 for a dollar pies only to be told they didnt have it... i was livid... so i was like give me back my money she didnt and she was like she will give me cinnabon from mickey d's.... it was not that the dollar was worth all the trouble it was why they made me stay in line for so long at 3am and not telling me they had the food till i got to the window... and refused to return my dollar.... MC DONALDS SUCKS!!!!

I love all of my Black, African American Brothers and Sisters - I love McDonlads Chocolate Chip Cookies at 11:00pm- I love America- I dont care for our phony, well dressed, thug, "President" because he likes the idea of keeping people on Welfare so they dont have any opportunity, just free money to live in a dump while his fugly wife buys designer dresses and chandeliers. Also, I suspect the words "F-the Powlice" have been uttered by the woman in the picture- though she calls them for a refund at a fast food joint. People need to have self respect, respect for law enforcement and Mcdonalds needs to change its policy.

67. Honestly, as cute as everyone thinks this story is, prank calling 911 or misusing it is a serious offense, hence people getting arrested for doing so. The reason being is that there are only so many 911 operators available in every city, and when people tie up the lines with BS it can cost lives. I remember when I lived in LA and was in a major accident and called 911, I had to call about ten times because the lines were tied up. Fortunately, everyone made it, but it could have easily been another story as by the time I finally got through the police could have already been there. Scary.

74. The way I see it is she was under duress as a direct result from the unfair and probably illegal business practice.
Furthermore, because she was put under duress which led to the actions that caused her trauma McDonalds might share in the consequences and she might be able to sue them for damages claiming illegal business practices pushed her over the edge.

Would she have reacted in a way that caused her harm had they treated her in a fair and reasonable manor?
She was not calling 911 about the chicken, she was calling because she was under duress from the way she was being treated.
People get into major fights over tiny things. The item was not the reason for calling 911, it’s the hostile and/or volatile situation that McDonalds “policy” incited.
If she was about to snap over them treating her like that calling 911 is or at least should have been much better than trying to take matters into her own hands.
