Chris Brown & Rihanna

Police Report

Shocking Blow-By-Blow

3/5/2009 1:10 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Shocking new evidence about what happened in the car the night Chris Brown allegedly beat Rihanna.

Police Report
TMZ has obtained LAPD detectives notes from a search warrant in the case. According to the notes, Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown's phone from a woman. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly tried forcing Rihanna out of the car but couldn't because she was wearing her seat belt.

Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna's head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving, according to the detective's notes.

Blood spattered all over Rihanna's clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood.

Brown allegedly told Rihanna, "I'm going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see."

Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, "I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there."

Brown then replied, "You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you."

According to the report, Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock -- she almost lost consciousness.

Apparently, there are quite a few lunatics in this world & many of them frequent these pages... not surprising. For the spammer who thinks TMZ is conjuring up fairy tales & another who "heard from a source" that's not what happened, how about learning to read that police/court records are not a representation of TMZ, but rather facts involving events that actually happened. I know it's hard to grasp that the internet & is not based on reality & "sources" are a laughable commodity, but then again your comments don't really elude intellectualism at its finest.. I've read comment after comment of complaints about why should we care. No one actually asked you to care, the world & celebrities lives don't revolve around you. The law is what is whether you care or not & whether you have the intrinsic understanding of how it protects you whether or not anyone else cares about you to make the same comments. And apparently you do care or you wouldn't be here posting. Yes, Rihanna is stupid for going back to a classic abuser, but it's sadly not understood (or are those even trying to understand) how abuse affects a person & their own grasp on reality, thus affecting their actions. Seriously, I have to question those of you who ask this, since it appears that empathy or life experience has shaped you into very callous people. The fact is Chris Brown broke the law & committed a crime against another person. Done deal. Your opinion, my opinion, they don't matter. The broken law(s) does. If he weren't doing this to her, he would be doing it to someone else. He has issues. What I care about is that he is punished for his actions according to the law as should any person in his position. I could careless that he is a so-called celebrity. Actually he's just a young man with money & people know who is. Big deal. I lived in LA my entire life & watched them come & go... so whatever. Let him pay for what he did, no matter any irregardless after the storm died down facts about who does what where, why, how & what... that's not you business. What you pay your taxes for are (IE: upholding the law).

I feel very sorry for those of you who could even force your fingers to type that a woman "deserves" to be beaten by a man for ANY reason! (Either you are: (1) minors trying to get your comments in before mom comes in to tell you it's time to get off the internet, (2) trolls desperately seeking attention, or (3) sick individuals who would have been well-served by a few more hugs from your mother as a child!)

I pray that both of these young people get the help that they need. They are not--or at least they shouldn't be--role models to anyone's children. They are ENTERTAINERS who are paid handsomely for what they do, but not enough to buy happiness or immunity from the demons that plague our society as a whole. They are human beings; nothing more, nothing less.

Hope they both get what they deserve. I'd say a comfy prison cell and unlimited supply of butt plugs for him, and, if she insists on standing by lil' Ike, an ICU unit corner suite and dvd copy of What's Love Got to Do With It? for her. I'm so over both of them. They've both handled this HORRIBLY. Amazing how money-hungry family members will turn a blind eye even if their cash cow is self-destructing. SMH.

It's sad. But I think Rhianna was MADE to get back together with him. Think of all the money that is being made off of these 2 stars...It's a publicity stunt. If she forgives him, we have to eventually forgive him. Then a few months down the line, this is forgotten
BUT NOW reading the court papers, I think the judge is going to throw the book at him. And this publicity stunt of getting back together is hurting them even worse...He's an angry dangerous guy. He should not be allowed in public and should be punished.

The actual docs are far worse than I thought this was. He needs to go to jail. Even his reaction afterward with her assistant, as if nothing happened, then his only concern is if she gave his name to the police? The guy is dirt. Who will want to listen or see Chris Brown after this? Not me.

STOP OCTOMOM!

Ok.. Heres a fact that was released weeks ago. Rihanna admitted to attacking him in the car first..
Where is that fact in this LAPD complaint??
He must be more talented than we all thought.. To drive, steer and beat the crap out of someone and be biting therm at the same time.. This seems a little fishy to me

I can't believe this stupid woman decides to forgive him and get back with him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a celebrity, people look up to her. She is setting an example that domestic abuse is ok!
I don't even want to start talking about Chris Brown.

There are both OUT for me~ They SUCK! What a SHAME!

It's amazing how judemental & unforgivening we are as a socoiety. I do agree that a man shouldn't hit a woman. Chris B made very bad mistake, but I also believe that everyone deserves a second chance. As for Rhianna it's a her choice regarding her mate and if that's what she wants , then so be it. What everyone needs to realize is it always 3 sides to a story his side, her side, and WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPEN! I wonder if it was revealed that she started hitting him first what would be everyone's reaction.......

This seriously pains me. It really hurts my heart. To have so much evil fill your heart so young. or to be so desperate for love that you will allow this to happen again. To go back to someone so cruel. To be young, rich, beautiful and feel so beaten down you will accept nothing, when you deserve EVERYTHING, all for the sake of LOVE. If this is love, then I will have no part of it. Neither should Rihanna. I can only pray for her, but that won't do any good. So I can only hope she finds her true self, her STRENGTH-that strength is the ability to be alone, until and if real love finds her. Cause this isn't love, by loves true meaning.

355. ---> Rihanna has not publicly stated anything in regards to what you wrote. There was speculation. Maybe there is nothing in the reports because it didn't go down as was speculated & if there is any proof to the contrary then it will surface in court. That still doesn't change what did happen. I read that he was driving (thus steering at the same time), began beating her & along the process bit her & strangled her (that part was left out in the commentary). However, it's not clear whether he had slowed down & stopped. I've been attacked in car before with worse results (IE: broken bones & then raped while passed out) & I will tell you it is more than possible. The difference for me was that I wasn't in a relationship with the guy & hell yeah, I attacked back to defend myself. If charges were pressed against me, I would have backed those up in less than a second.

Rihanna made her bed and now she will lay in it.
She knows the kind of monster she is dealing with now. Rihanna needs as much help as Chris does.
Rihanna likes it when Chris beats her ass. It makes her feel wanted by Chris.

People think that they know how a person in an abusive relationship should act, but they don't know. It's called an abusive relationship for a reason! If the abusee left the abuser from the beginning, it wouldn't be called an abusive relationship! Rihanna has some psychological issues right now that make her think that she needs to go back to Chris Brown. Do you really think anyone in their right mind would stay in an abusive relationship!?

I heard that she hit him first after finding the text. What was his side of the story. All I'm saying is that I know how women and their jealousy can get.
