406. i have been in this exact situation in the uk 2 yrs ago (although not in the public eye!!!)
AND let me tell you all now...his body language says it all - cocky & arrogant, put him in jail!

however the fact she 'doesnt want' any police protection against him says alot, they are most likely back together.

i will say u guys have better law in the US - my ex got community service & he attacked while i was pregnant & broke various protections orders set by uk police & the one i had to pay for!

he is definately guilty

409. im from the uk & my ex got community service for attacking me while pregnant ( i lost the baby) then breaking police protection orders & one that i paid for myself...

you guys sure have the right law!

and let me tell u, his body language is that of a woman beater

but as she said no to the protection - they are prob already back together, in which case he will have fooled her that if she drops it will be cool. then he will prob leave her after another good beating once this episode is over & she'll wish she's stuck by the law in the 1st place because the public will see him as innocent & her as the stupid one who 'cries wolf' - trust me, this is a common case

412. i got to c him inside the court...well via tv! it was on live on HLN (cnn) um all he said was "YEs" to 2 questions the judge asked him, also the judge said something about contacting ms. Fenty but rihanna's lawyer interviene and said she (rihanna) wasnt asking for him to do that..but i didnt catch wut she asked, bkuz it was cutting on n off...he looked so sad, wearing a gray suit. so innocent looking yet such a beast.

413. i think the judge said something about if he understood that he didnt have to be present for all the criminal procedure, gave his attorney the right to appear on his behalf, ordered not to annoy, harrass, molest threatened or use force of violent against anyone, then she asked if he has any contact with her, thats when rhi's lawyer says ''ms.Fenty does not request that type of order....
(o yea he shook rihanna's lawyers hand)
