Chris Brown -- Accused Felon's Night Out

31. What a punk this kid is. I realize that he was charged for ALLEGEDLY beating Rhianna, but dude, go home and stay inside until this is done. I ALLEGEDLY think he's a domestic abuser acting like he did nothing wrong, and Rhianna refusing to cooperate isn't helping anything!

Not to mention, dude is 19. What's he doing at a bar until almost 4am?? He's a remorseless, abusive, jackass and I hope he gets whats coming to him. I also hope Rhianna wises up, because people are not going to feel as sorry for her next time this happens- and it WILL- because she stood by him.

32. I was initially p.o.'d at Chris like most people, but then I remembered this thing called DUE PROCESS. None of us were in the car that night and we don't know what really happened. Nor do we know if the stories of past abuse are true. Just as he was mad enough to lay hands on Rihanna that night, she was likely mad enough to say anything to put him under the jail. We also don't know if she struck him first or how much she antagonized him. That is still no excuse to beat a woman to a pulp, but I'd at least prefer concrete evidence that this didn't start out as a mutual fight, before I pass judgement. Besides, why the heck did SHE need a lawyer at HIS arraignment? Could there possibly be some criminal charges lurking for her as well, if or when the whole truth comes out (if it hasn't already)? Battered woman syndrome is very real and if that relationship is as bad as the court of media speculation has already convicted it to be, then BOTH of them need serious psychological counseling. I just think, unlike the media spoon-fed masses who need instant justice and gratification through the media, I'll wait for Chris to have his day in court and then pass judgement. That doesn't mean I'll agree with the court's decision, *cough* R. Kelly *cough*, but at least I'll have more facts that all the speculation up to this point.

38. #3 Dula, why he has to be on drugs? He has never been in trouble before, he went to court for the first time, has all kinda websites with people calling for his head, his career seems to be over, at leat for now, he's embarassed by all this, his mother probably hates him at the moment. Why would you want to lay in bed thinking about that all night cause i'm sure he can't fall asleep.

People forget he's only 19, this type of thing is hard for anybody, farless for a teenaged mummy boy from the country. I hope when this is over, whether he goes to jail or not, that he really learned from it.
