10. I used to work out at the same gym with him in Phoenix. For a big dude, he has one of the smallest wee-wees I have seen on a grown man. Hope he didn't have to take it all off in there, would be real humiliating for Sir Charles. By the way, I am not gay but it is hard not to look.

Arrapio makes everyone who comes to his jail/ten city wear pink underwear and eat green bolonga...except if they are rich and famous.
I don't care if Barkley is on work release. He can change clothes in ten minutes or less. He is clearly getting special treatment. I always liked Sheriff Arrapio, but he just lost a few points with me.
