45. Seems like the liberals love this one. Look at the statistics (if you can read) and you will see that teenage pregnancy is higher in the U.S. then in most European countries. When it comes to sex education and pregnancy prevention we are behind most of the developed world. Aside from the conservative wing of the GOP you can blame Baptists and the Catholic church. There was never any chance that they would get married. That was just to get around what would happen if they said they weren't. Children having children, in or out of wedlock, is a MAJOR problem in this country. This would be a good catalyst to start doing something about it.
