Cops at Lindsay and Sam's House!

UPDATE: 4:22 PM ET All police units have left Sam's house, but her car is still in the driveway. We're told during their argument, Lindsay allegedly threw something and a window was broken.

UPDATE: 3:49 PM ET Three LAPD cops were knocking at the door, trying to get Lindsay and Sam to open it but they would not. One of the cops was pacing the property. The cops have left the front door but they're still in the area. One of the cars left the house but is parked up the street. Word is they may arrest Lindsay and take her to jail.

UPDATE 3:40 PM ET: The cops now tell us they were called for a disturbance and not there to arrest Lindsay.

Sam and Lindsay have gotten into a nuclear fight at Sam's house. The police are at their front door to talk to Lindsay and Sam but they will not open the door. The two are definitely still in the house.

We're told the police are trying to serve Lindsay her warrant.

54. ahahahahhahaah...linds is going down this time...DO NOT LET HER DO some 3 hr jail stint, it will make everyone hate her more, she has to own up to what she did, just like anyone else in her shoes, she's an obvious drug re-abuser and sloholic that needs much more than another stint in rehab, she's had too many chances, straight to jail for 30 days to detox and face her own skewered reality locked up in solitude...you've had way too many chances Linds and you blew it BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

55. I wish all of you people that are hating on Lindsey to SHUT THE HELL UP. Shes just really stressed out right now, shes could be facing some time in jail, Wouldn't you be stressed to the MAX. Also have any of you all had a bad day, everybody has one once in a while.

LOL..BENNY...LINDSAY HAS HAD A REAL BAD PAST 3 years...just look at all the crap she's done and gotten away with...anyone else would have gladly owned up to the opportunities to avoid any lengthy jail time, but she she just poo poo's her special treatment and doesn't even bother to abide by her simple probation rules, she needs to go to jail

Why are your update times posted in eastern time? The matter is happening on the west coast where 75% of your news is generated from the subjects that are followed, most of which are in L.A.
