With wet-looking hair, shades, a revealing blazer and some sort of leg contraption/accessory, Rihanna was spotted -- without Chris Brown -- at a Park Avenue apartment building in NYC this afternoon.
Despite being beaten to a pulp a few weeks ago, RiRi still looks like a cover girl.
