17. The District attorney could not call her lawyer and settle this Friday before the warrant was issued? But her lawyer proved the warrant to be incorrect in minutes and had it pulled?

A gross abuse of their powers by the district attorney's personnel a failed publicity stunt exactly what we have come to expect from the juduciary in L.A.

18. okay, this is just my two cents. but having had a dui in here in sunny cali. lindsey did not get off easy. the dui laws for first timers are not that all harsh. i messed up myself. i even had a warrant out for my arrest. i cleared it up. the judge gave me two options. i took one. i am not a celebrity. the dui laws are too lenient. not the judges.

23. She has so many things going against any REAL progress.
1. She young and stupid
2. She always enabled by those who are just after any cash she has
3. She lives in environment where being drunk - stoned or plain stupid is commonly accepted
IF anyone truly loved her they'd take her out her destructive surroundings and move her out

24. You forgot to add that the Judge said that ALL her drug/alcholol tests have been CLEAN!!!!!!!! But that wouldn't fit with the lies you all want to spread. Come on....either tell the whole story or none at all. Its ok to hate her for what ever reason you like...but a little truth would be nice!

26. The poor-Lindsay kool-aid drinkers are doing more harm than haters I think, these are the types she's surrounded with right now and they are gonna be the death of her. It is entertaining watching them go into convulsions whenever something like this happens, but it's wrong to need someone to be something (like clean and sober) so bad that you stand there and deny it while they are obviously killing themselves. Talk about sick and selfish.
