Fergie's Prom Date -- Don't Do that Soap Dance

Vincent Dean Malicek, also known as the guy who took Fergie to the prom, was sentenced to 97 months in Federal prison yesterday for one count of armed bank robbery.

The prosecution was seeking ten years, but Malicek was facing a max of 20. The public defender says he will probably do 85 percent of his time, must pay full restitution to Wells Fargo, and will be eligible for a halfway house during the last year of his sentence.

Perhaps Fergie can put him up.

24. Looks like attending Hacienda Heights Wilson high school didn't prepare this guy for much but bank robbing. His mother is involved with law enforcement and at first vehemently defended this convict. Sad for the family and doesn't speak well for Fergie's choice i n"men."

25. Well...here we are again! Believe it or not, some of you actually made me smile. I was researching cases and I ran across a site that read "97 months." Funny thing, it was about my son. I was not going to comment, but I just had to click back. I love comment #14!!! For those who care, I am sorry that I was not able to post any comments about the case, but with the "sewer rats" watching...it would have caused further retaliation against Dean. Now that he is out of their reach, the websites will be up as soon as possible. As soon as the transcripts and recordings are made available to me, they will be on the websites. Dean is the talk of the legal circle...an innocent man convicted without a shred of evidence. Don't take my word for it, read and decide for yourself. The prosecutor, Ashleigh Aitken aka "sewer rat", had never won a case. I bet she is really proud of herself now. She won her first case by being sneaky, deceitful, and dishonest. She twisted the truth into a lie and it was too late for Dean to take the stand and explain. Blatant prosecutorial misconduct. Dean will win his appeal unless of course Ashleigh's very wealthy parents throw a fund raiser at their estate and bribe the Circuit Court Judges. The websites are fergies_ex.com and malicek.com. 26. Although I've been reading these comments for the past several months, I never thought I would be commenting. I just can't seem to stop myself this morning.

What kind of Mother would find any humor(I had to laugh at comment #14) when her only son has just been sentenced to 8 years in prison.

You must be a really sick individual. Perhaps you too should be behind bars. It appears as though you are enjoying the noteriety of all this, at the expense of your own son!

27. Why did he not take the 2 year deal offered to him? If his mom is in law enforcement she would have known this was a good deal. How much does he have to payback? Did the bank teller get money for her nightmares?

30. OCTOMOM Why not use just his initals "VD" It is the kool thing now to give just initals to your kids name. Kid probably would not get in any trouble because every time you yelled hey "VD" everyone would run away.
