46. If Concerned Mother. Bingo, Red (hiding from the law-did you rob a bank?), Concerned Dad, Concerned Mom, Brett are telling the truth, why use a goofy name? Why not post your email address like his mom does? Afraid she'll know who you are and hunt you down? She sounds like a hellcat and could probably do some damage to people who mess with her cub. All of you seem a bit too evil...like you have a hidden agenda...or could be the same person using different names. If something tragic ever happens to me, I hope my mom believes in me the way that she believes in her son. And I certainly hope that I am never associated with people that would post such horrible things about me. It makes you guys look like the insane ones. Maybe you guys are jealous of his mom. Maybe your mom abandonded you, abused you or just did not love you. I feel sorrier for you guys than I do for Dean. I am sure this will impact him in a good way. As for you guys, anyone that would write these comments for the world to read...really...what is going on? As for wanting his dog to die? What kind of a mother would say such a sick thing? It is a dog, an innocent dog! I don't know how his mom can make money from telling everyone the facts. Personally, I'll wait for the truth. You guys seem to be biased and prejudiced.....Hummmmmmm. Something just isn't right with you guys.

47. I asked my parents for their opinion on the last 8 or so posts and they agreed with me. They said there are a lot of sick and evil people in the world. They also told me who Andy Duphrane and Red were....so someone really old is reading and posting comments (Shawshank Redemption). You people worry me. Someday when you are in an old folks home because your family does not want to have a damn thing to do with you, remember the past, and know that you deserve whatever bad treatment you get. They also said that most of the comments just don't make sense. Someone is playing games. If you are telling the truth about knowing the family, please provide the facts that can be verified and your real names. What do any of you have to gain by saying the things that you say? You are not helping anyone. If I can see through your "crazy" stories, then I'm such that most people will. Anyone know when the website will be up? Just Curious?

48. Just Curious: Since you seem to be such an authority and judging other peoples comments (hypocrite) why not put your name and email? Why not email Dean's mom and ask her for the facts? Or perhaps, since you have the time, 5 posts last night & this morning, you should go to the jail and ask Dean yourself if your so concerned and curious.

49. Um, Just Curious, you realize this is TMZ right? Did Mom and Dad tell you this is a website of celebrity gossip etc? Not exactly a legal forum or site known for journalistic excellence. Read the Headline on this post "Don't to that soap dance" and then think about your comment of "playing games" and "crazy stories". Why would you ask for names and stories that can be "verified" if all these people who post are biased, prejudiced and apparently damnned to die alone for making silly comments on a TMZ board? 50. This is a comment to "Just Curious". Since you had to ask your parents about a movie that came out 15 years ago, Red and I will assume you are young and inexperienced in the worlds ways. I guess you and certain members of Dean's family can "wait for the truth" as long as you want. I guess the pictures of someone robbing a bank, bobbled alibi's, eye witness testimony and guilty verdicts mean nothing. I actually do wish I lived in the world you and other irrational family members of Dean live in, is the economy great where you people reside? Would I be able to fly like superman on this fictitious planet? On our planet when you do a crime as bad as robbing a bank, you have to pay for what you have done. It doesn't just go away because you and a few others try to click your heels together and hope it goes away or think irrational opinion wins over facts. As for saying bad things about Dean, Red and I have done nothing of the sort. Well unless you call something that walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck - a duck. Red and I truly hope your mother does believe in you but in a nurturing way that is beneficial to your becoming a responsible adult. Red, Brooks and myself have seen too many people come into the system that have been enabled by parents that never called their little angel's on their BS. We truly hope Dean does come out somewhat normal, but know that will be a long shot. We hope "just curious" can see that some people writing on this subject truly are trying to help Dean (in their own way) and get his mom to see that the charade didn't help him and will never help him when serious acts are committed. On ending we have a question for "just curious", do you think someone that robs a bank should not have to pay for what they have done after scaring the ~@#% out of someone by aiming a gun at them in the middle of their work day?

So, he has to pay back the feds - are they going to make him pay his son's support too? Is anyone in Dean's family helping support the baby Mom?

Wtf am I saying that I am wrong about? Name me 1 thing I have stated about the case that I mis-spoke? I have not mentioned 1 thing about the case. The things I question is her integrity and her mind set. What is my hidden agenda since you know everything clown? I'm not her, making a website, using fergie's name because he took her to prom. Regarding my childhood, I had a wonder childhood thank you for asking hence why I am not sitting in prison and being a dead beat dad. Her mom is going to be making money off of a website you idiot. I love the stupidity that comes out of clueless moron. It's one thing to get on here and stand behind your son which every parent would do but when its obvious your son has a drug issue, why not say I hope he gets the help he deserves instead of lying every chance she gets and hurting his case more then blaming everyone for his son's faults for ex: the da, the da's parent because they have money, the witnesses, the juror, list goes on. Then after her son is convicted she laughs at a comment someone made instead of being offended like a NORMAL parent would be. "Just Curious" they have my email address and notice we are not the ones in question because we didn't rob a bank in a grocery store. We all know the justice system is corrupt but it doesn't help when the mom states" he will serve his time not because he did it but because of his wrong doings in the past" I mean wtf kinda of mother would say that garbage.Jealous of his MOM, are you out of your fing mind? You must be on drugs to make that comment. If I had a mom like that, I too, would probably be in prison. Take a parenting class and try to be their for the grandchild, he is the one missing out on a father. That's the problem here, its not about Dean, its about his son that for 8 years will be without a father and THAT'S what gives fathers a bad name.

53. Hi guys, Dean is serving his time in Victorville Ca. He was in AZ for awhile but now placed in Victorville. Hes doing ok. Just thought you would like to know. I stay away from this drama. it is what it is. Time to move on. I feel for my nephew who in his prime years wont see his Dad. Take care...

54. Bernice, you seem to be the rational one of the family. I thank you for updating us. Like you said, it is what it is. I wish nothing but the best for you and your family and for Dean's baby. Hopefully the choices he makes when he gets out will prove that he has mature into a man and will put his child in front of his own needs
