Dane Cook's Bro Indicted for Stealing Comic Blind

Dane CookDane Cook's half brother has been indicted by a grand jury for allegedly stealing millions from the "comedian."

Darryl McCauley was charged with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. According to prosecutors, McCauley once forged a $3 million check written from Cook's account to himself.

McCauley allegedly pulled off the scheme while Dane paid him $12,500 a month to be his personal business manager.

McCauley has denied any wrongdoing.

33. I'm sure that someone that makes MILLIONS $$$$ - count that...MILLIONS & sells out...is NOT funny, it just wouldn't happen...numbers don't lie. I've never heard a bigger bunch of jealous numbnuts like this...could you all be anymore blatant!
And as far as him stealing material...people always say that stuff...I'm sure some guy is sitting at home in Indiana thinking that he could be up on stage right now cause he had thought of that funny joke once upon a time!
I guess it might be the same as someone stealing a guitar riff...you might have something similar but it's not STOLEN!!!

37. Do we want only happy, silly photographs? Would that make everyone feel better? Let's not show anything sad or distasteful. Heaven forbid we delve into reality in this country. All around us is violence and despair - maybe if we confronted it more often there would be less of it in existence.
Humans document their happy times as well as their darkest - it's how we collect and reflect on who we are.
Would you have us edit out the sad and violent. How about covering the war but only showing the good parts - a USO show, a soldier giving a child a candy... is that want you want?
I know that when push comes to shove Americans fight for whta's right... and do you know how we interpret right from wrong? Sad from happy? Evil from Good? By looking in the mirror... AT OURSELVES.. in both the good time and the bad.
This photo is unquestionably sad... but I support the right to have it displayed and in my humble opinion ... it draws us closer to the Man who's life has been devasted... and believe me people ... we need to start being closer to one another and a lot more forgiving.
