TMZ get to the bottom of this, plus I know Chris did something real stupid, but stop calling this young 19 year-old that can be redeemed fro his actions a woman beater. He is not OJ or R. I am still very saddened by Natasha's Richardson's loss. May God bless her soul, and that of her family's. I just can't imagine something like this happening to my family.

can we stop with the chris brown/rhianna stories? did anyone see what judge judy say about the story? I don't care for her much, but she was a family court judge. she said that this is not a case of domestic violence, but a case of assault. Rhianna did not live with Chris, she does not live with him now. She is not married to him, she does not have children with him, she is not financially dependant on him. Judge Judy is right and I think that we are doing alot of women that are victims of domestic violence wrong by going on and on about Rhianna. Yes, she is young, but she is not held captive by Chris. If she choses to be with him and he keeps hitting her, THAT is her choice. She is able to leave, unlike so many other women. You and other websites and magazines keep on those 2 while other men who have done things to women and children have not warranted anywhere nearly this much press and I am talking about ones accused of kiddie porn, ones who scare people even before their lives start.

I saw the Judge Judy interview and she is right so people need to stop talkin about domestic violence. Judge Judy said "this, IF its anything, is not DV but assult" She's one of the smart ones who knows that a police affidavit with the victim's side of the story with fillers from the corrupt LAPD cannot be considered in isolation but must be compared with the alleged attacker's statement and description of the incident, as well as an injuries that he may have received. We have not yet seen his mug shot so we don't know if he had any visible injuries.

The LAPD is still trying to redeem itself for the botched OJ case where they showed their incompetence in evidence collection and made the prosecutiion lose the case. the DA filed all these serious charges although they know it may not stick. They just need to look like they are taking this seriously. They'll leave the judge to take the blame if he gets off.

yeah this isnt the first time since the alleged attack..she was in mexico without sunglasses and was healed like no other, i dot believe they are apart i just think its fo rthe time being until everything is worked out, also on the judge judy comment i agree with her. They werent married or anything so i def. agree with that, also i think this story has been blown out of proportion since day one and everybody was soo quick to judge chris brown and i think thats totally unfair, radio stations pulling his music days after..its outrageous i dont care what anybody says he made a reallly realllyyyy huge mistake and i bet he is learning from this situation but by the radios taking his music off air is completely unfaur, if yo take one off take the other off, rihanna is no angel and im so sure that there is wayyyyyyy more to this story, the police reports dont even make sense.driving and putting her in a headlock at the same time while trying to control the car which by the way was a stick shift??? there is no way he could have done and not have gotten into some kind of accident so i think its all crazyyyy and there is more to this story. in the mean time we need to pray for the both of them and stop treating chris like hes some 40yr old man who raped and killed rihanna.....

This situation is a very typical pattern in an abusive relationship. The abused tries to cling to the abuser afterwards because they have trusted and loved them and that's where they get their reassurance. Then, after some time and distance, the pain of what the abuser did actually starts to sink in (reality) and they can start to see more clearly. As a teacher I dealt with abused kids and marveled at the way they would run back to their abusive parents for comfort, often lying to protect them. Rihanna is simply doing the same. I pray for wisdom for her in her choices.

Her PR camp is workinng overtime. Keeping her out in the public, going to clubs and staying out til all hors of the morning, while the papz take her picture! At this point, I could care less!
