36. When will some of you idiots pay attention to details? We all just read how Chris Brown sent Rihanna all kinds of lavish gifts for her 21st birthday. Yet zombies still posting saying Rihanna is not 21. I went out for years from the age of 16-25, partied all night and never had one drink. Going out does not automatically mean drinking. Get a grip folks. Get out of your glass houses ans stop throwing stones! Sounds like a lot of jealousy to me.

38. Hmmm... I don't see anything in the story that may lead me to believe that she was drunk or had been drinking. The fact that she was being driven does not mean that she COULDN'T drive. If anything, it just says that she can afford a driver. Nothing else.
I know quite a few people who frequent clubs but don't drink a drop of alcohol all night. They do it to have fun and they do it sober. It's not an uncommon practice.

40. Rihanna is 21 - as of her birthday lately. She did not do anything wrong. She has had a hard time and I think the photographers are pigs. For the people that say SHE messed up Chris' life think again - he messed it up himself the moment he decided to use another person as a punching bag - many of you need to grow up and quit making excuses for the pig or blaming someone else for what he did top himself.

42. Living in an L.A. suburb, this garbage needs to stop. Thousands of people get pulled over in the L.A. megaplex (close to 20 million people in 5 counties) every day and unless they pull a gun or start a police chase, it should not be news. I stopped watching Good Day LA because it is now a gossip show and the hosts like to over anal-yze the situation. Can the rest of the country and Harvey get a life?
