T.R. Knight has another hit on his hands -- a three-car accident in Hollywood on Thursday.
We're told T.R. was going eastbound on Hollywood Blvd -- the other car was going westbound when they collided. He was not injured, but a man and a woman were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Cops are still investigating who was at fault. No citations were issued.

TR pulled from a stop sign on N/B Stanley at Hollywood Blvd. He crossed over the E/B lanes attempting to turn left onto W/B Hollywood Blvd. As he entered the W/B lanes he was struck by a Mercedez. The impact then pushed TR into another veh that was traveling E/B on Hollywood. That is how it happened. At this point Hollywood Blvd did not have any stop signs or signal lights.
