31. Dear Judi,
Every morning my sister and I pray for our soldiers and their families. I am sorry if I ofended you. I hate to see the way we treat our soldiers and their families. I am a very compasionate person. I think we are so overwhelmed with sadness that some people handle it different. It sometimes seems like Rome is burning while the polititions are playing, but I do have hope that the men and women will soon be home. I will keep a spot in my heart for your family.

34. Linda, it doesn't "seem" like rome is burning and the politicians are playing. It is burning. And they are the ones who set the fire. Now they are scrambling ad squabbling for the spoils.

Your intuition is exactly right. Please follow up on it intellectually and gather facts and information.

This is why it is so disturbing when entities like TMZ like to downplay it all. These people should not be going on Jay Leno or talking essentially about their sexuality on TV and playing basketball and watching football games. Americans should be outraged at this behavior but the country is so pacified. How much do you know about AIG bonuses and Bernie Made-off. And how much do you know about how our monetary system actually works and what the implications for society as whole are for that.

35. Sadly, I just finished watching the latest episode of your television show. Harvey, dear, aren't you EMBARRASSED to have such semiliterate people working for you? The black girl can't pronounce the word "Maestro," the surfer dude can't pronounce the word "Deborah" and the forgettable brunette can't pronounce "Delhi!!!!" This is SOOOO SAD, Harvey, really. Are the people who work for you not required to, at a bare minimum, possess a high school diploma? Even the average MIDDLE SCHOOLER knows these simple words.

36. Dear #34,
While Rome burned remember who set it on fire, Nero! The blame goes very deep and to many people, including the voters and those who allow people in congress to vote for us, without us caring enough to check them out before we pull the leaver.

37. Just for the record, Schock isn't the youngest person ever elected to the House. Many have been younger, including former Cong. Ford from TN (now an MSNBC frequent "contributor"). The youngest was William C.C. Claiborne, elected at 22 -- in spite of the fact that the Constitutional requirement is 25 to serve. Schock was the youngest of that session.

Probably someone else has mentioned this and I missed it.

39. Every politico in Illinois and D.C. knows this kid is gay as a three dollar bill.

He's bamboozled most of his constituents up to now. We'll see how long that lasts.

40. I've heard Washington D.C. referred to as "Hollywood for ugly people." Congressman Schock is the first politician to cause me to rethink that statement. Hot.

41. Hmmm...well for a Republican, he is surprisingly hot. Gay would be even better lol. Lighten up people. So what if he is a Republican or gay? His constituents voted for him because they thought he would do a good job in DC. Now, I'm not saying I would vote for him (I don't really know what he stands for), but I wouldnt be against him cooking me dinner one night after his floor vote! :-P
