Vanessa Hudgens -- You Pay, I Pitch

Vanessa Hudgens has clear skin, a nice body and an okay voice -- and she's working it all to rake in a fortune.

TMZ has obtained depositions in a lawsuit filed by a former manager who wants a cut of Vanessa's fortune. In the document, Vanessa says she got $500,000 as a spokesperson for ECKO, at least $150,000 from Neutrogena and $150,000 as a down payment for her 3rd album.

So who's gonna have longer staying power -- her or Zac Efron?

LOL i have 2 agree with #33, execpt for the last part...kinda racist, but anywas i was at a theme park and Vanessa was doing a free concert as part of her "tour" and the only people that were there were little asian girls with their families and horny little azn 13-year-olds with camcorders...And I'm not trying 2 b a bitch or anything beacause i've seen High School Musical and its sequals but i gotta say that any actress could play that part, And 4 the ppl who say i need to see her other work to appreciate her "talent"; I've seen "Thirteen" and she was alright but was sooo outshined by everyone else. Oh and "Thunderbirds" ya... enough said.

35. I remember Vanessa before the HSM movies in Thirteen and Thunderbirds and she was very good in both movies and very different. Disney has a very specific type they ask for in actors and Vanessa has now done with that side of her acting ability.

I am quite optimistic that she will show that she has versatility and staying power. Her new film is Indie based and she looks to be mapping out a very different road for herself than Zac who has jumped into a number of films successfully but even he is now taking a back burner for a little while to think. She is taking her time and learning. 20 is nothing. Bandslam should be a fun transistional film for her and then who know's...there is loads of talk about a number of films she is thinking of taking so wait and see. If your a triple threat which she is (Acting, Singing, Dancing), I dont doubt that she will find a happy balance to her career and as for the hater's...It's quite easy to display judgement and quick remarks but less easy to accept she has millions already in the bank.
