Angelina JolieUPDATE -- A rep for the Lili Claire Foundation tells TMZ, "The Lili Claire Foundation has a 100% track record of honoring its commitment to donors and recipients with respect to every single auction item sold to support its charitable services. In the rare event that a sold auction item cannot be satisfactorily delivered to the winning bidder through no fault of our own, The Lili Claire Foundation works faithfully for an appropriate resolution with our bidder."

Would you pay $30,000 to NOT meet Angelina Jolie? That would be just nuts, right?

A man is suing the Lili Claire Foundation after he claims he forked over $30K (on his Amex) to meet Mrs. Brad Pitt -- only it's two years later and he hasn't gotten the meet and greet he paid for ... or his money back.

He wants his money back, plus damages.

46. Come on. The guy obviously made a charitable donation to this foundation or whatever. He has a legitimate gripe. Question is WHY did this foundation make this promise that it couldn't keep. I highly doubt that Ms. Jolie is dogging a charitable cause.

51. Not enough facts, TMZ - not that you are know for your superior fact-checking. Clearly, this deluded man was a victim of an unfortunate fraud. By waiting two years to file a dispute with Amex, he may well have lost any chance of recouping his losses. A fool and his money...........

Sounds like he has been more than patient...He did not have to make the donation and they are the ones that made this promise...If a charity says for this amount u will get such and such, then if they are honest and honorable they will honor their offer...Otherwise they are scam artists. How could anyone call him a fool for donating 30,000 dollars. He did a good thing and should meet Jolie if she promised the charity....Why aren't we mad at her for lieing to the charity and this guy or mad at the charity for lieing.

Fickle people. If it happened to you, u'd be pissed. Perhaps you'd walk away, but then maybe that would make u the fool.

Trying to embarass a childrens charity that has spent the last 10 years building tremendous good will in our community by helping families with disabled children, and giving them totally free medical care, counseling, and guidance. Now there's a great target. Let's bring them down! TOO BAD YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TO CHECK WITH THE CHARITY BEFORE RUNNING THE STORY AND GETTING THE ACTUAL FACTS. But hey, you did get to put Angelina Jolie's name and face on a "STORY". And by the way, she is completely innocent of any wrong doing as well.
