66. I can't believe the attitude of some of you people posting on this site. The man paid money for a product or service he didn't receive. PERIOD. Why shouldn't he ask for a refund? How many of you have ever gone to a charity auction? You offer things that people want to get them to give money they might not otherwise give. I just recently big on an autographed football for my son. If I didn't get the football, I would certainly consider asking for a refund. I definitely would not donate as much to the charity without the football as I did with the football. That's the truth.

Hey it's the guys money to spend. You probably spend money on stuff I think is stupid all the time---like Britney Spears concert tickets, I don't call you stupid because you want to waste your money to see a washed up, half assed dancer pretend to sing. 67. You are the ones who have become crazy, deluded, brainwashed. Most of the world got manipulated by a misportrayal
caused by tabloid gossip that conflicted and clashed with real life. People are just addicted to believing and spreading
lies about this couple. The media engages in slander all of the time because they get away with it because fools like
you fall for the spin. The media and the ultimate manipulative mastermind Jennifer is benefitting and profitting from all of
this. Jennifer is the real rotten fraud and the neurotic narcissist. Continue to worship somebody who was sick enough
to support a false storyline and con the masses so she could have the press in the palm of her hand, increase her
undeserved popularity and power, and retain her A-list status that received because of Pitt in the first place. She
was NOT betrayed, dumped, or mistreated in any way, shape, or form. It is nuts that you gossipmongers were quick
to believe such gossip about Pitt in the first place. Many celebs have gottten entangeled in a messy misportrayals like
that because of well-calculated gossip with its bad timing but none of them got destroyed by false accusations of
infidelity because none of the exes were despicable enough to play the victim card, lie, and continue to say things
provoke unfounded hatred toward the targets because they know the unfounded pity increases the adoration & respect
towards them. Prime example: Tom, Penelope, and Nicole. That is not even considering the dozens of celebs and
public figures who have actually committed adultery or are shamelessly fake, they never suffered through such
a backlash. The media and Hollywood has wrongfully condoned and even celebrated something as horrible as adultery
for years both off and on-screen but they suddenly turn self-righteous and pretend to be piously offended against
a good man who did nothing but serve the industry in a positive way over a false accusation. This bandwagon is all
about being corrupt and nasty while pretending to be good and righteous. This is not even about adultery but about
manipulation, spite, and envy. Most of you are just as two-faced and are posers like Aniston. Trash attracts trash. The
fact that people are blind and ignorant. They can't recognize sincerity or what's real. They can't separate fact from
fiction anymore. They can't recognize it when people are being fake or using devious tactics. Otherwise they could
see who the real liar, manipulator, fraud, and egomaniac is.

Her golden girl image and sweetheart image is a joke. She became America's Sweetheart and became viewed as a lovable perfect actress after she married Pitt. Pitt was one of the few who actually became popular because of his real personality and appeal. The irony is that he is a moral and grounded guy. He would never cheat. He has been cheated on several times. She enhanced her image and reputation by destroying the reputation of a good man and a woman who
worked hard to reform herself and still works hard to make the world a better place. The mob mentality that completely took over the masses is just more proof of how corrupt and ugly our world is. The stories that about Jolie not paying her expenses to charities in Cambodia or paying off her mother's payments are false. The media has no limits to its lies. They even tried to claim that Pitt and Jolie confessed after years of respectfully denying that accusation through many
statements by inserting random lies in their interviews. It always gets clarified that they did not confess. This happens
every year but this time the media is holding on tightly on their misquotations.

It is also bizarre how everything gets villified because of that accusation. Jolie and Pitt do real humanitarian work
and have tried to motivate others into getting involved. People don't even know about half of the work they do. Traveling
to third world countries, engaging in diplomacy so the government can take action against injustice, donating money
to numerous foundations including charities, hospitals, orphanges, etc all gets mocked and demonized. Pitt was always
politically and socially conscientious, he was inspired by Bono to get more actively involved in the third world. Jolie became a humanitarian and a UN Goodwill ambassador before Pitt. Her work didn't get attacked before the false
homewrecker label. As for Billy Bob Thortnon, she was a different woman back then. That was before humanitarian
work and motherhood changed her. Also, Billy Bob Thornton lied to her and said that he and Laura had already
broken up. Her other self-destructive behavior is all in the past and she has repented and suffered enough for that. People
also forget why they first fell in love with Pitt in the first place. Then they spitefully, sinfully, and stupidly throw that
right understanding away for a overrated loser who chose to exploit tabloid rumors. Most of the other celebs in Hollywood
which you idiots admire, many who are phony and have committed infidelity, are not even half the man Brad Pitt is.
He is a man of solid character and values. I knew he was a good and authentic guy before even became a devoted
father, activist, and humanitarian. His romance with Jolie began 3 months after his breakup with Aniston. She was
not the cause of his breakup. It was Aniston's lousy personality that caused the breakup. Why would he waste his
life with a self-absorbed, shallow, empty, and fake loser? It was also a mutual breakup that occurred after years of
happiness. You didn't have to know them directly to understand that. There had been many signs of that years before
the breakup was annouced. They were incompatible and lacked chemistry. They had different interests. He wanted
to live a worthwhile life. All she ever did was benefit from him and all he did was suffer. He wanted to have a big
family with the right woman. He had no clue what kind of a woman Aniston was until she screwed him over. What
he had with Aniston was not good or real. He wanted a life and a partner of substance. The backlash would have ended if Aniston had not engaged in a PR Campaign supporting those rumors and misconceptions. There were also some very distinct lies in that Vanity Fair Interview.

It was not planned and he wasn't going to let gossip influence his decision-making especially when it became clear that Jolie was the right woman. As soon as they hook up 3 months later, they media declares they had been lying the
whole time when the romance had just began. All Pitt did was move on. It was easy for Aniston point the finger to Jolie and link everything to that accusation. She went out of her way to brainwash everybody: his family, friends, and most of all his many fans and the press who wanted more than anything to gain as much mileage as they possibly could out of that pseudo-scandal they set up. They kept linking Pitt and Jolie because they antipicated an eventual romance due to
their natural chemistry and obvious compatibility, it just developed a lot sooner than anybody expected. Aniston did not
want to face the real reasons why her contrived marriage didn't work out because that might mean facing the truth
about herself. Her mindgames and lies never end. She has her evil cronies spouting trash to the media covertly and
doing her dirty work for her. Occasionally, the media breaks out of their pattern and pretends to throw out damaging
stories to cover up their dynamic with Jennifer and their favorable bias. Aniston is a social-climber and she wanted Pitt
because of what it would bring her: the ultimate status, respect, and popularity which Pitt had earned through his own
right. Everybody is just a pawn in her life. It is sick how nearly everybody has become her puppet or sycophant.

The story about the Lili Clare foundation is probably not accurate. It was probably some deceit or miscommunication
with the charity. Jolie always fufills her obligations. The many promises to charity and all that money from the baby
pictures were donated and received a long time ago. You are the ones who are not keeping track of the truth. The
public is not even aware of most of their work. It sick how real humanitarian efforts and the adoption of third world
children has gotten villifed thanks to Aniston while ugly, self-serving manipulation from two-faced witches gets
rewarded. I get shocked by how far the media will go in adding credibility to their distortions or fabrications. Always making up controversies, then Pitt or Jolie end up taking the fall. Always creating a negative spin on everything.
TMZ is a die-hard Team Aniston site, no different from the rest of the media. There is no Team Jolie, just people
who are good, moral, intelligent, and perceptive enough to be immune to this kind of sleaze against people who
don't deserve it.

The rest of you are clearly lacking in class, taste, or values to be so deeply impacted by the trash the media dishes
out. Keep this up and you'll end up in the same place as your beloved Jennifer. She can't take her ill-gotten
respect, love, popularity, and fame to the grave.

71. In most states ,civil-lawsuits , have a time frame, to which they can be filed, which is 2 years. It seems that this gentleman waited long enough to see if the organization that had this auction, either ponyed up his money or set up the meet and greet with Ms. Jolie. Apparently ,neither happened , hence the reason for the lawsuit.
