Alleged Stalker Terrorizes Shawn Johnson
The man who has allegedly terrorized Shawn Johnson and her family has just pled not guilty to felony stalking and illegally carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
TMZ broke the story that 34-year-old Robert O'Ryan was arrested Tuesday on the CBS lot -- during a "Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal -- after security confronted him and found out he had two loaded firearms in his car, along with duct tape and love letters to Shawn.
CBS security noticed O'Ryan jumping a fence and entering a hallway on the lot. Security approached him and asked for his ID -- and that's when O'Ryan produced an expired concealed weapons license and told them he had two loaded firearms in his car.
Johnson and her family obtained a restraining order -- Shawn's dancing partner, Mark Ballas, is also protected by the order. In the documents Shawn claims she's "in fear for her life" and scared O'Ryan might try to kidnap her.
Cops say O'Ryan moved from Florida to L.A. to be with Shawn because he believed she was speaking to him on TV through ESP and that they would have a child together.
