She only weighs 48 pounds, so it wouldn't take much for the highly flammable Mary-Kate Olsen to go up in smoke. Hence a bad idea to pump gas with a cell phone in hand.

I think that they are her keys not her phone. If you look it looks like a key is coming out of the bottom of her hand.

The cellphone/gas station theory is a wrong. Cellphones do not cause fires at the pump. It's the static electricity from clothes/car seats. Sorry to be THAT person :)

Picky, Picky. Is that all you people at TMZ can do is pick, pick pick. You can clearly see he phone is NOT OPEN. There is more chance that YOU dear TMZ "picker in chief" will set off a fire with static from your silk shorts or whatever you call your undies.

Yep, thoses are her car key and the black thing is the alarm thingy. I blew it up and zoomed up and cleared it. yep, keys ya'll. Also I have proven u can smoke while pumping gas. I do. Funny how people stare at me.

Seems to me, at her height, she'd be rail thin at 98 pounds.

At least she knows HOW to pump her own gas...memba that road trip Orca took with Gail King, and Orca had no idea how to work a gas pump at a self serve pump (is there a full serve pump left anywhere these days?). So congratulations to Kate on knowing how to work things in this world...shame on Orca for preaching to the masses when she herself is holed up in mansions all over the country gourging herself on food as a replacement for the unhappiness that has overtaken her most of her adult life.

Now go get something to eat MaryKate. Do Like Orca did inside the gas station and load up on twinkies, ring dings, beef jerky and a biggie coke.
