Unfortunatey, this is not a joke. It's what happens when you become so rich and famous that all your 'friends' are on your payroll. Self tanner takes a while to show up....I think he probably smeared it all over his face and by the time the he got under the glare of the cameras, it began to develop. I've seen other old gay Italian man look like this too--Italians are obesses with being tan. No one dares to tell him he looks ridiculous...he's too important. I'm glad I'm not rich...this man has no one who really cares about him.
