Lets Get This Party Started
Madonna Denied -- Buy Your Babies Elsewhere!!

MadonnaMadonna could open the floodgates to a giant child trafficking problem -- at least according to the judge who denied her newest adoption bid.

Madge's bid to increase her brood with another Malawan baby -- 3-year-old Mercy James -- was nixed by the judge.

Madonna plans to appeal the decision -- but there's also eight little babies in La Habra just waiting for you...

61. WHY do all these celebs want to adopt children from different countries????!!!!

As if we have no kids who need a home here in the states? Why not use your money to help FAMILIES here? The Brad and Angie's make me sick. Attention whores period.

If all these celebs who send their money over seas woke up and looked around in their backyard they could help out so many families in crisis, call your local foreclousure lawyer, find out who is in the process of losing their house, a bet in most cases 3000.00 or 4000.00 would save them from losing their homes and causeing stress on AMERICAN kids.

But, this will never happen will it?

62. There are so many children here in the US in need of homes...Foreign adoptions shouldn't be allowed until our children here in America are all cared for!

63. You can't tell Madonna "NO." All she is going to do now is go to some other country and buy a baby there. She'll get what she wants in the end. She always does.

65. Wow, so many angles and views. Socially speaking, it would be thought that any person would like to help another person in their own country. But we see here, that is not the case. Personally I dont see why you wouldnt want to help your OWN people out, even if "in the US (orphans) already have a better lifestyle ten-fold over those in most other countries." Fix what is in arms length. For example you wont fix your nieghbors yard in order to make your yard look good. Normanlly you will fix your yard first then if possible help your neighbor out. Same situation, different issue with MANDONNA. She should help fix the issue here in the US before heading some where else to fix their problem. HOWEVER, she has the right to do what she pleases. IF YOU AND I DO or DONT AGREE WITH IT, SO WHAT, WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

67. Are they insane? The child would be better off living with anyone rather than being in a Malawi orphanage. The country does not have much money so what do you think the conditions of that orphanage are? All you people that are so high and mighty and happy that Madonna's bid to adopt the girl failed should have to go live in those conditions for one month. You would be begging her or anyone to take you somewhere else. Shame on you for letting your jealousy over her money force that girl out of a home where her circumstances would be undeniably better. Is Madonna a perfect mother? No, of course not. Who's parents were? But she certainly has the means to give her the best care possible. I'm sure if anyone had bothered to ask the poor little girl, she would have jumped at the chance for a better life. Malawi should be ashamed they will hurt a little girl just because they don't like Madonna and are jealous she has money. Why not let her money help a poor little girl? It would be the best thing she's ever spent it on.

68. I am so over people saying "adopt in your own country". This thinly veiled racist attitude just sucks. How many babies from ANY COUNTRY have you adopted? By all accounts, Madonna is an excellent parent to her three children.

69. For anyone to think that a child would have a "better' live in an orphanage in a third world country than in a a home (Madonna or other) should think twice.
I have visited them, at the end of the day an orphanage remains and orphanage no matter what.
By denying this adoption they will deter parents from wanting to adopt from that country. Living in a country for 18 months is not a safe guard, having a social worker supervise the adoption in the parent's home land before an adoption can be finalized would be a better option....

70. Money does not buy happiness, but it does buy food, shelter and healthcare. Aren't children dying by the millions in Africa? I doubt Madonna would've ruined this girl's life. She would've improved it and I dont' like Madonna. But this little girl would've had a chance at a real life instead of starvation and disease.

71. Madonna is a pig. She should first think about adopting brain and some class first. No baby for you, Vadge :)

72. It's sad for the little girl, but I've also got to say that maWHOREa had this coming. Stupid bitch thought she could just come traipsing in, throw her money around, bully her way around the adoption laws in Malawi & grab another toy for herself. Well, she just found out that you can't circumvent the law, even in Africa. Maybe the stupid whore will learn something from this, but, being an arrogant self centered pig, I doubt it...

73. Those people saying that Madonna should try and adopt in her own country have obviously never tried to adopt in the US. There are literally thousands of caring potential parents who are on extensive waiting lists for kids here. The kids readily "available" have invariably been brutalized by their biological parents via abuse, neglect or abandonment of those who have severe medical or psychological issues. Take a look at adoptive sites for each states and the stories will break your heart. And if you are interested in taking on that responsibility -then you should go for it and stop criticizing or judging others' efforts. I'm amazed at the amount of jealous vitriol leveled at Madonna. IMO. she's simply trying to provide a good life to this little girl. She also seems to be a good mom with "hard earned" financial means. The MInister of Children in Malawi states there are two MILLION kids who need parents. Why on earth they would put an onerous 18-24 month residency requirement (newsflash---ONLY the wealthy can afford to take off that kind of time off work to go live in a foreign country) when you have millions of needy kids in imminent need is beyond me. Stop making this one child a political pawn Malawi. Your own policies have put millions of children in peril. God bless this little girl.....

Kids should be with their parents...
