I've lost a lot of respect for Robert Deniro. For a long time, I've felt his modus operandi is
basically to accumulate more money than he knows what to do with. Besides the twenty
million he gets up front, he commands a hefty percentage of the film's back-end profits.
And when you're in Bob's league -- we're taking gross, not net participation. Ok, then there's
the portfolio of restuarants he seems to own in just about every corner of the world. But we're
not done yet... Bob also is considered to be one of New York's biggest properity owners, and I've
read he's even developing multi-million-dollar real estate projects. I don't have a problem with
the accumulation of wealth and power, but when you start cheating people out of forty-thousand
dollars worth of over time pay (assuming the allegation is true) , it's a damn shame someone in
Mr.Deniro's position would do something like that. Ahmet Ertegun, the legendary founder of Altantic
Records, once said: "You can't squeeze the juice out of every situation." If what the nanny is
saying is true, I think Mr.Deniro is definitely sqeezing every last drop there is. Shame on you, Robert
Deniro!

After so much success and wealth people do feel a sense of entitlement and are more and likely to treat others badly.
I've seen people who had money who weren't famous treat their employees like crap.

If this is true, Deniro should pay and give her pay for her troubles. Even though she probably made good money working for him she would nowhere near be able to afford a legal team like him. If he knows this to be true, he needs to just pay. And not fight her.
