No, TMZ does not think that Green Bay, Wisconsin is on the "west coast." One does not build the number 1 celebrity news source company by believing that Green Bay is on the West Coast. TMZ did not get to where they are by being dumb. The President of TMZ has had a successful career as a lawyer prior to starting TMZ.
The term "west coast offense" is a term of art used in collegiate and professional football when describing a style of offensive play. Offense is what a team uses when they have possession of the ball and are trying to move the ball down the field to score a touchdown. Other styles of offense include the "Pro" style, or "Spread" offense or "Spread Option."
