"Celebrity Apprentice" reject Dennis Rodman got tossed again -- this time for getting too touchy feely at a posh LA hotel.

Sources tell TMZ Rodman was asked to leave the London Hotel in West Hollywood on Friday after several guests complained about his behavior. We're told Rodman was slapping and groping female guests, as well as yelling obscenities. And get this -- our spies tell us he even scared the children.

A hotel staffer told us, "He is the most obscene and out of control guest I've ever seen up here."

A call to Rodman's rep was not immediately returned.

59. The look in Rodman's eyes is that of a hurt little boy. Something happened long ago when he was just a kid and he hasn't been able to move beyond that age. He's really a very sensitive man and he doesn't know how to deal with his emotions 'cause he's been real hurt and abandonned as a kid. So he's lost. Thus he medicates with booze and who knows possibily what else. The point is, this kid needs help and support and I cried and cried when he left the Apprentice Show because I could see the scared, hurt, defensive but acting big and tough little boy/ When he was runniing the team he was magnificent and then he got into the booze 'cause he was scared someone would realize he was stupid - but he wasn't. He was gracious and the buy in the Black Hat should have cut his superiority stance - what a butcher. I prayed to God for His help wiith Rodman. Someone he can trust and someone that can give him the tuff love this guy so sorely needs and, he, without realizing it, is screaming out for. HELP RODMAN LORD, BRING SOMEONE INTO HIS FIELD TO HELP HIM. The Donald missed his chance for true charity by being so critical of Rodman and Cloiee, The Donald is as self-righteous in is own way as the guy in the Black Hat (Clint Black) and Jessee was unmerciful and self-righteous. The real side comes out in this show when the quiet ones open their judgemental mouths,
