34. OF COURSE she wants this over quickly. She said that through her lawyer at the last trial. As nosey as I am, EVEN I want a DEAL NOW!!! I cannot stand Chris Brown or what he did. But get real, he's a first time offender and wouldn't get prison and this has gotten way out of hand. This case needs to end quickly and some healing needs to beging already. ENough is enough.

What entertainer wants to testify in a trial like this? Halle Berry, Robin Givens, Tina Turner, Madonna, all of these women were abused at one point and none of them went through with charges against their abuser. But you want, Rihanna, a 21 year old who is new to the music biz, to volunteer for that type of scrutiny? After already having been humilated with TMZ publishing her picture and everyone judging her??? I don't blame her one bit for wanting to move on with her life now---as long as she stays away from Chris Brown. (If she goes back with him after helping him cop a plea deal, I will be through with her forever and a day. Believe that).

The smartest thing Rihanna's done throughout this whole ordeal is to be in Barbados during this time. Stay away until the coast is clear. As for Brown, well now his image looks even worse. Now he looks like a woman beater who is too cowardly to own up to what he did. He should have postponed this trial again if he couldn't work out a deal. "Not guilty" plea does not endear him to the public at all.

38. You people need to get a grip. You are way too judgemental about something that does not concern either of you. If you dont like CB then stay off the links that mention his name, dont buy his music, dont watch his movies. You have stated your distaste for him so move on.Get the hate out your hearts, it takes up way too much energy. None of you know CB or Ri so move on. I am fans of them both and will remain neutral. It is very much apparent that this was an isolated incident and it went too far. If you took a minute to think with an open mind, you would see this was all about immaturity and jealousy. Ri is not a victim. She has a 'hands' problemas well and should be seeking the same help that CB is. They dont need to be together and really should go on the seperate ways. Ri has been hitting him for a minute now and he has been taking the high road but this time made a poor choice not to do so. 40. You people are funny. Its obvious why he cannot talk about it now. But when he does, all you people that think Ms RiRi is innocent are going to look and feel like the judgemental donkey behinds that you are. Its obvious why she doesnt want this to go to court and they should make her butt show up and say that mess under oath again and see what happens. She doesnt want her mess to get out and thats why she wants it over. If she didnt want it to go this far then she should have shut her mouth. She knows she has been hitting on CB for a minute and this was the first time he retaliated which is why she was so angry and told the cops what she did. Us women know that when we were her age and our 'man' did something that made us feel foolish we were off the chain. Be honest with yourselves. 41. I think that Rihanna is just trying to get on with her life--seemingly without Brown. I would want it over quickly too. Then the media will move on to someone else.

However, both sides have had plenty of time to reach a plea agreement. This is just wasting taxpayer money.

43. I don't think Rihanna is totally innocent in this but I still don't think he should be able to run away from his actions either. The truth about whether or not she provoked it will come out in due time, but it doesn't change the fact that he is being allowed to sidestep what he should do in the first place - admit he hit provoked or not, and face the consequences.
