Howard K. Stern Ain't Dealing With D.A.

Howard K. SternHoward K. Stern won't cut a deal with the D.A. in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, and sources tell us the only reason he'll plead not guilty is because there's no such thing as a plea of innocent.

Our sources say Stern will show up in court for his scheduled arraignment today, but the matter will likely be continued. But when he does enter a plea it will be a loud "not guilty" to all felony drug and conspiracy charges.

This case is the opposite of Chris Brown's, where Mark Geragos and the prosecutor are wheeling and dealing. We're told Stern wants a fight to the end, because he believes he did absolutely nothing wrong.

The arraignment is set for 8:30 AM PT, and, of course, we'll be live streaming.

16. Boy, if he's really innocent, then it sucks Big Time for him! Even if there was iron clad proof of his innocence, idiots would still howl for his blood! And all this over some money grubbing, fat, druggie straight from the trailers whose greatest accomplishment was to marry a very rich man so old, the vultures (Anna included) were already circling his corpse! I have no idea what the fascination with her is, except that she looks sort of like another loser druggie who died before her time. If they find him guilty of whatever, fine, shove him away in a dark hole, but none of us are on a real just, so whatever!
The only complete victim here is the daughter. And because of this stupid and sick morbid fascination over her all this, she may never find peace!

17. Hey whynot, even when Anna was drugged that guy couldn't get her in bed. How messed up is that? He couldn't even drug a girl into having sex with him. He's guilty and I hope he rots. How dare he not take credit for both Anna and Daniel's death. Nobody has ever liked him, not even Anna, but hey, when you're that drugged up, it's hard to fire a lawyer providing you with awesome drugs.

No empathy; Who said Daniel stole methadone from Anna? Daniel had not seen Anna for a long time, so he could not have brought it to the Bahamas. So Howard had to have had it at the hospital. How would Daniel have found the methadone? Was it setting out on a table for everyone to see, or did howie FIND it for him? You know how much Daniel trusted howie! NOT!!!!!!!

29. Howard spent many years with Anna so that means more evidence and history. From seeing him only on the internet and her show, I have always had a distaste for him. He was Anna's lapdog, but he went to far.........I am glad I am not him.
