Howard K. Stern Ain't Dealing With D.A.

Howard K. SternHoward K. Stern won't cut a deal with the D.A. in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, and sources tell us the only reason he'll plead not guilty is because there's no such thing as a plea of innocent.

Our sources say Stern will show up in court for his scheduled arraignment today, but the matter will likely be continued. But when he does enter a plea it will be a loud "not guilty" to all felony drug and conspiracy charges.

This case is the opposite of Chris Brown's, where Mark Geragos and the prosecutor are wheeling and dealing. We're told Stern wants a fight to the end, because he believes he did absolutely nothing wrong.

The arraignment is set for 8:30 AM PT, and, of course, we'll be live streaming.

31. The world has always known this guy's scum, it just took a while to unweave his web of deceit and malevolence. It won't change his lifestyle too much, he already knows how to pick up the soap. His attorney just came out with a spin trying to say that Howie won't deal with the D.A, when it's actually the prosecution that refuses to deal with him. He's such a slimy little bottom feeder.

41. i'm reading the new book about daniel and anna that was written by dr wecht who did the autopsy on daniel. i thought i knew all the gory details but this is making my head spin. a question of murder is what its called and howie boy has some answering to do. i think they gotta open up daniel's case again. something was very fishy there.

43. He looks wasted. There is footage of Anna with clown makeup and pushing a stroller and you can clearly hear Howard in the background coaxing her to take more drugs.

44. Let's take a poll- how many people out there think that HKS has done "absolutely nothing wrong?" This dude has done so much wrong that it is not even funny. it's only a matter of time until someone comes after him for attorney malpractice- too bad that's a civil charge and not criminal!
