Howard K. Stern Ain't Dealing With D.A.

Howard K. SternHoward K. Stern won't cut a deal with the D.A. in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, and sources tell us the only reason he'll plead not guilty is because there's no such thing as a plea of innocent.

Our sources say Stern will show up in court for his scheduled arraignment today, but the matter will likely be continued. But when he does enter a plea it will be a loud "not guilty" to all felony drug and conspiracy charges.

This case is the opposite of Chris Brown's, where Mark Geragos and the prosecutor are wheeling and dealing. We're told Stern wants a fight to the end, because he believes he did absolutely nothing wrong.

The arraignment is set for 8:30 AM PT, and, of course, we'll be live streaming.

46. he need's to go to jail and so does the father of the baby i believe together they planned it all out got anna pregnet, had her son addicted to drugs as well and continue to feed the poor boy drugs acting like if it was cool and this way they get ride of him and have the little girl to inherit all the cash after anna died.It's discusting to me but they planned it all out ,they both deserve to serve life in prison.

48. Guilty or not, he's still a sleeze. He may not have adminstered the drugs, but he sat idly by and watched her ruin her life.... and did NOTHING to stop it. In fact, not only did he do nothing, he took advantage of her illness, and documented it on video tape (remember the tape of her about 8 months pregnant, dressed like a clown, and stoned out of her mind?). It's like leaving a loaded gun sitting around, and watching her pick it up and shoot herself in the head with it. While he didn't physically hand her the gun, he also did nothing to stop her from shooting herself. He's a loser, and I think that should be crime enough to have him sit behind bars for the rest of his life.

51. Howard was the victim of Anna Nicole's manipulation.She was an ADULT woman aged 40 not a teenager.
Anna Nicole knew what she was doing when she had many plastic operations.
She wanted money and fame and plastic operations made her rich and famous. Painkillers and sedatives were the result of breast operations.

59. People who think that just because a man didn't abandon someone who was a drug addict then the man is responsible for that someone's addiction and should be punished are really f**ked up. There seem to be a lot of you out there. I bet you blame your mom because you didn't get into that school you wanted to get into, or you blame your dad for you being so detached from society because he didn't hug you as a child, or you blame your parents because you're 800lbs and bedridden and they bring you McDonalds for every meal because they know you'll pitch a fit if you come in contact with a steamed vegetable - you're fat in it's THEIR fault, right? You can't say you don't want 5 Big Macs for lunch and you'll take a salad instead, but that's because of SOMEONE ELSE, not because of you, right? Every problem in your life is SOMEBODY else's fault, right? They did it to you, right? You have NO CHOICE in the matter, right? Nope, not you. You aren't free to decide what you put in your mouth - and nobody else is either, RIGHT!?! THEY made you the miserable shut in that you are today, and since you can't do anything to punish THEM, you are salivating at the prospect that SOMEONE will be punished for SOMETHING, even though they're innocent of any crime. The only thing that HKS is guilty of is loving ANS too much.

Take responsibility for your life. Your miserable existence is ALL YOUR FAULT and ANNA'S drug addiction was ALL HER FAULT, nobody else's. HERS. When YOU die, nobody's going to be taking the blame for your death. You're the one who didn't get off your fat ass to get the help you need, Nobody should be blamed for Anna's death except ANNA.

Those doctors, yes, they need to be punished for over-prescribing, but the guy who sometimes PICKED UP the prescriptions didn't do anything wrong. You know how many people picked up prescriptions for ANNA? When are they going to be charged with picking up a drug addicts' prescriptions that were written by a doctor and filled by a pharmacist?

WAKE UP, PEOPLE. You're all Anna's in the making, but if you're an addict, it's because of YOUR choices, no one else's.
