16. Stern is a tool. He was being manipulated by an aging whore yet he was being equally manipulative and controlling. They certainly didn't put the FUN in dysfunctional. He served a purpose to her in securing drugs, she was his sugar mama. As long as he provided her drugs she kept a roof over his head. Two fools don't equal a rational, intelligent, functioning human being.

18. COME ON!!! It;s idiots like Howard that give the pain meds a bad name! I know many people (myself included) who suffer from chronic pain conditions. Thanks to people like this, the one's in pain have an extremely hard time getting the pain meds they so despartely need! So thanks HKS and KE, may God bless each of you with a chronic pain condition so you both can see how hard it is for "regular" people to get pain medication!!!

Nobody held a gun to his head and made him do it so you don't get excused for being an idiot drug pusher. The prison is full of people who claim they DID IT because someone asked them to do it. Howard fed her the drugs that HE GOT IN HIS OWN NAME and now he must pay. Howie boy had lots to gain by feeding her the drugs.....HE WANTED THE MARSHALL MONEY AND RIGHTS TO HER NAME.

25. not only did howard stern supply her drugs, he got meds in his name for her. you can't do that. it doesnt' matter if you are a star or not. also they were written in a fake name, michelle chase. when anna was at the hotel where she died. did you notice how long it took for 911 to be called? the nurse and paramedic Bo who were taking care of her did not call 911 first they called howard. i am sure howard told them if something goes wrong and you don't call me you will be fired or threatened them. he was a long way from the hotel, then he drove there and then it still took a long time for 911 to get there. the evidence was there to convict howard stern of many felonies but they chose not to because of the potential media frenzy. howard was anna's drug supplier, lover, manager, drug pusher, PR man, attorney, videographer (the film of her dressed as a clown and stoned out of her head).
howard and dr. christine and dr. koomar or whatever deserve jail time for their wreckless medical malpractice and howard for supplying anna and injecting her with phenegram. phenegram when i ever took it made me loopy and that is why i don't take it anymore. it is for preventing nausea. also, i believe that howard killed daniel. he knew anna would of been devastated and he could control her more with him out of the way. and also remember that larry birkhead told at the hearing that he saw howard with a duffle bag filled with meds and drugs and was giving them to anna while she was in the hospital. you can't do that. that is against the law. howard threatened larry that if he told he signed her death warrant because she needed them to save her. larry should of ran over punched howard in the face, grabbed the bag and ran out to the nurses station and report it. maybe her life could of been saved. her litle girl now looks just like her. she is a beautiful little girl and i hope she never meets howard stern, ever. i hope her and anna's mom have a chance to have a good relationship. • Prosecutors placed on notice today to hand over discovery – now!
• HKS and Dr. E side-by-side in Court – attempt to separately arraign Dr. E.
• Original arraignment date for all of HKS/K/E re-established – May 13, 2009.
• As anticipated, the defense begins:

Steve Sadow, lead criminal defense attorney for HKS, addresses the media crush after HKS’s brief Court appearance. In command voice, Sadow puts JB on notice that he has flown in from Atlanta for the sole purpose of defending HKS from JB’s baseless claims and political ambition.

Sadow also decries the trashing of ANS and the invasion of her privacy that has occurred because of JB and vows not to let it stand.

Why no discovery yet from the prosecutors? Any ‘legitimate’ investigation of two years’ duration would have discovery all set and ready to go BEFORE criminal charges were even filed. Let’s all see the ‘evidence’ and the ‘witnesses’ that are criminal court trial ready – and let’s see them now!

29. A young man the other day supplied Alcohol to someone and was charged. These people are doctors and lawyers who have an ethical oath, and severe repercussions for unlawful behavior, Why would someone of such alleged prominence, '
risk their reputation and career for a supposedly unimportant person ? Someone had to write the prescription, and someone had to administer. Who is to say drugs cannot be put in someone's drink or food without their knowledge. Why would you go look at a boat for someone else ? Where did the boat (yacht) go that Anna already had? What about the time of death ? Did you know that the Down Comforter can make it harder to determine time of death ? Howard looked nervous in the hallway of that hotel, and not a bit surprised ? When someone dies, even a stranger, it feels tragic, even on a movie screen, howard did not shed one tear for my sister. Holding on to someone else's child, gives me the creeps thinking about that. The possible murderer holding my sister's baby ? trying to retain custody ? Why if she was such an unimportant person, Howard was going to supprt the child on his own income ? yeah, right.
