Nick Hogan -- Anybody Need a Ride?

The guy behind the wheel is Nick Hogan -- the guy in the passenger seat is the ballsiest guy on the planet.

NIck Hogan

Nick is officially back behind the wheel -- driving a brave passenger around in a black Range Rover near Agoura Hills, California on Monday night. It's been around 18 months since Nick's '07 car wreck that left his last passenger and friend, John Graziano, in a vegetative state -- and Nick behind bars and without a license.

The DMV granted him a driving permit last month for business-related excursions.

31. What good is complaining here going to do anyone? If so many of you are this upset about him being given a license then contact the courts in Pinellas County. Maybe if they get enough outraged people calling in the will revoke the license.

35. Lady G's commint, "What good is complaining here going to do anyone? If so many of you are this upset about him being given a license then contact the courts in Pinellas County. Maybe if they get enough outraged people calling in the will revoke the license", brings up a good point. My only addition is that if people are upset about drunk driving and lack of consequenses they should contact the courts in their own county. This goes on all over the US--not just with famous and wealthy people.

I sent a letter to the prosecutor in my counts when i met a guy who had nine DUIs and a work permit to drive.

36. I think alot of people forget that driving is a priveledge - not a right. He should have lost this priveledge for much longer. I am not saying he should go the rest of his life not behind the wheel because one mistake should not determine your life - it just sucks that it determined John Graziano's life!

37. Why does this punk think he is smarter than the Judge that mandated that his driving permit is only to be used for business purposes. I highly doubt that going out a night with a buddy is for business purposes. Pure and simple trash.

38. thought you said he got the permit for "business related driving. so what the hell is he doing driving someone around at night? exactly what kind of "businewss" is he up to at night? probably driving around looking for a place to make a "score" of booze or drugs. I lived in Tampa and used to see this idiot spoiled brat and his sister running around town like they were someone special. tahey are a couple of no talent ignorant jack asses riding on the coat tails of ther dad, an over exposed EX wrestler. thought by now one of them whould have grown up and realized Brooke can't sing and Nick is just some low life spoiled BRAT.

40. Nick Hogan is NOT supposed to be dirving. Part of his plea deal was to NOT drive for 5 years. He lived in Pinellas County FL if anyone wants to call them.

41. Aaw, well look at that. I'm certain that the family of the guy whose head Nick reduced to half its size will be absolutely thrilled.

42. The story TMZ printed is all wrong. The California State DMV issued Nick a 100% legal, unrestricted driver's license on Monday. The permit to drive for "work related trips only" was issued in the state of Florida. Nick is totally legal in the state of California. For whatever reason, that's how the system is set up. But hey, why would TMZ ever print THAT part of the story... oh wait, it's because they make more money making people look bad. That's the media for you. I think I'll go barf now.

43. It sucks what happened to guy, but he was willingly in the car and most likely did not protest the race that was going on...and also didn't have his seatbelt on. God bless him and his family, but those who are hurt by drivers that shouldnt be doing what they are doing should make that decision before they get in the car.

44. 42. Driving laws vary from state to state. CA. probably issued him the license because he didn't do anything wrong there. Olympic diver Bruce Kimball had his FL. license revoked for life for DUI manslaughter when he moved to IL. he was able to get a license.

45. This kid is such a flaming homosexual i cannot stand hearing about anything to do with him or his family, all the trains that were ran on him while he was "paying his dues" hopefully makes him want to shoot himself everytime he thinks about it but it looks like he found his new lover since bubba is still roaming the showers in prison.

oh and seatbelt or not, if the driver is as much of a jackass as lil nicky someone will end up hurt, too bad it wasnt the other way around.
