David Caruso Sued by Baby Mama

David CarusoDavid Caruso is being sued by a woman who claims the "CSI Miami" star jilted her.

Liza Marquez claims she met David on the "CSI" set in 2004 and began dating soon thereafter. She says in her lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court that Caruso told her he loved her and would never leave her. She says he gave her a ring, with promises of more to come.

They began living together and he allegedly promised he would provide for her in return for her services as a homemaker and confidante. They had two kids together, and in October, 2007, upon the birth of the second child, David broke up with her.

Liza says Caruso agreed to pay her a cool $1 mil plus attorneys fees, but has reneged.

Liza says he threatened to "bury her" if she pursued the matter. She's suing him for fraud, breach of their settlement agreement, and emotional distress.

33. I will never, never understand why this pint size man is on TV. His acting is as bad as Billy Boob Thorntons singing and
that is bad. I can see him being cruel to women, he looks the type. If he wasn't an actor, no woman in her right mind would give him a second look. Yuk, him being a father is scary.

Besides Opri, Liza's scumbag attorney, David has a few high-powered counsels of his own. This is a lose-lose proposition for both of them and the children.

When did we lose sight of the children, who will always be the true victims.

39. She's a gold digger. She was in it for the money. She should have waited until he married her, not play marriage. She got pleasure and kids out of the relationship just like he did and only entitled to child support. That's what happen if you play house!! If you can get all the benefits of marriage w/out being married then you are lessening marriage. Now she wants a million bucks for her "services". Give me a break.

40. This is not the first time Mr. Caruso has done this. He had a similar issue when he worked on NYPD BLue. Caruso had a relationship with someone who worked for the show. His arrogance is unbekieveable. Hope she financially nails him. I believe this relatioship cost Caruso his marriage. He is a ledgend in his own mind.

41. 1.Does anyone remember that Davids marriage was already on the frtz when he met Liza?
2.If people sued people over broken promises there would be so many lawsuits out there.I would have a couple bills payed off or one major one paid way down by my ex husband sending me the money he owed me(and still owes me,but i know i will never see.)

43. If everyone keeps saying this creep can't act, why in the world is his show still on TV. He only know how to put his hands on his hips, stand sideways and say 1 - 5 words. 45. unlike all the oters i LIKE david caruso. i am a fan. i do not believe that he should pay that amount to liza. if he is such a control freak why would you stay with him for so long & have 2 of his children?i do believe that he should pay child support.and when a man says that he doesn't want children the woman should respect it!
