Im a California woman and those look like tourist! LOL. As for Busey, he used to be a good guy in the old days atleast when I would run into him. But I grew up in the area and celebs dont turn my head. now a days Busey is a trippy guy and my guess is its all due to not wearing a helmet and snorting his fortune up his nose.
