What the HELL is wrong with people?!
"Blonde Bimbo"
"She looked like a Bitch" ???
"Was going to give oral favors to all the guys in the car"

That is so ridiculous!!!
How dare anyone say such things about someone they didn't know at all! All I can say is that this girl is dead and would never have deserved any of that. Calling her a blonde bimbo? she was involved in many organizations in school and obviously loved by many. Perhaps your man left you for a gorgeous blonde and so you take it out on an innocent college student by saying terrible things after her death? because of her haircolor? Looked like a bitch?! all her pics shes all smiles...sorry if that's bitchy to you.. and the thing about oral favors? none o your business and highly doubtful.

Also, for those who wonder if she had been drinking-perhaps she had, it was after midnight and she was a huge drinker, but let's not forget who went through the green light (Courtney, as she was supposed to) and who ran the red light (the DRUNK)
It seems to me she most-likely had not been drinking, those who say well who would just be leaving to go out at midnight-she'd probably been pre-gaming; if you think about it, she was at nick's game, which didn't end until later on-he did really well, so perhaps at the last minute some friends (the 4 in the car) decided to celebrate his success, they didn;t head out until late after they had all met up/gotten ready. That's my belief as to why they were just heading to a club at such a late hour. Also to those who think her reflexes would have been better had she not been drinking, so since she did get hit her reflexes must not have been at their best?? HA-she's 20 years old! as far as im concerned she was frozen when she saw a car speeding at her. first of all its not an ordinary situation. how many 20 yr old girls would be able to think of something to do in a situation where headlights are coming at you 65 mph when it is so unexpected? she was shocked im sure and having maybe 5 seconds to react, while in a frozen/shocked state? not many sober people could pull that off..not to mention it WAS late, she was probably sleepy-after all she's a sorority girl/cheerleader/student and had spent the evening at an MLB game.. it's kind of odd that people may assume she had been drinking because she didnt know how to get the car out of the situation. especially when it happens so fast.

what the fu___ is the matter with everyone. for one just because he fled the scene doesnt mean he was drunk! only that he was scared maybe even terrifide. for 2 whos to really know whos fault it was .REALLY!! pretty young girl and famous athelet vs. drunk dude! come on now when are we all going to stop ignoring the real problem. we all are just as much to blame.and i know thats not going to come off right to some of you but according to society and " its " rules drinking has always been accepted. not marijana, pcp, herion, lsd, extacy, and the list goes on and on. i personally am not a drinker and so yes it pisses me off to see things like this happen , but as a human being, having a mind of my own, have also made mistakes. im sure of course i am the only one, right? if we allow alcohol to be bought, sold, and yes even consumed, then who is the murderer.alcohol has for as long as i can remember has been THE MOST DEADLY (stitisticlly speaking) of all the other drugs combiened. and we allow it still to be sold. WHY???because it makes alot alot of money right. keeps people in jobs, and so on. but at what price nobody ever really puts those figures down on paper. andrew gallo im sure did not even think about what might happen. and now he has to live it. isnt that really bad enough. he made a horrible mistake is all. we all have made bad choices.i am curious though about the driver of the mitsu. she was the one in control of her car that night right. then why is it not her fault? shes the one who ran into a light pole. i know i know how dare i say that. we all live on this planet and we for the most part better care. TAKE ALCOLHOL OFF OUR SHELVES ,. OR QUIT POINTING FINGERS OR YOU MIGHT JUST LOSE A LOVED ONE, OR MAYBE BE THE ONE TO MAKE A HORRIBLE MISTAKE

"what the fu___ is the matter with everyone. for one just because he fled the scene doesnt mean he was drunk! " Considering they did a DUI test on him and he is now in jail for 50+ years, YEA HE WAS DRUNK! And Second, It was not this blonde girls fault she went through a GREEN LIGHT the DRUNK that hit them went through a RED LIGHT! And no drinking and DRIVING has never been accepted hence why people get DUI's and Suspended licenses. People need to be more responsible and GROW THE F UP and stop putting others lives in danger by drinking and driving. If you wanna go out and drink that's fine whatever, but call a cab, have a DD, there are many other options then saying " i'm pretty wasted but i think i'll drive home anyway" Adults need to ACT LIKE ADULTS. If you are PROVED to be the drunk driver and have killed someone than people have all the right in the world to point fingers.
