47. Yes she must obviously be drinking coffee because she has a cup. Wake up, there's nothing wrong with drinking caffeine in a very small amount when you're pregnant. And there's nothing wrong with a small amount of alcohol either, although it's best to wait til the third trimester when all the vital organs are done developing.

51. News flash, just because it came from a coffee shop does not mean it is coffee. And even if it is coffee, it is fine to have a small amount. And why do people keep saying she should not have alcohol, maybe I missed something, but I do not see any alcohol in this picture. Are you people so lame that you have to make up things to bash her about now. As far as the heels, she wore them throughout her entire first pregnancy and Harlow came out just fine. Get a life and quit picking on someone who is obviously way better than you. Nicole is an amazing mom and her family is beautiful.

53. God, people are negative... To the girl that posted she shouldnt be consuming caffeine while pregnant.. Just because she has a starbucks cup she is drinking caffeine.. EDUCATE yourself before posting!!! There is this wonderful thing called DE CAFF, that they have had around for years!!! Also, TONS of juices and drinks with NO Coffee in it at all!!!
