No way...Scott looks like William Katt - Greatest American Hero...put a cape on Scott...it's his long lost twin. Ben Weber (a commercial genius, by the way) looks like a young Tom Hanks. This isn't the best pic of him for that comparison, but Google him...you'll see what I mean...

I think this Scott guy looks like he could be Caey Affleck's brother. He bears a resemblance to him. It's the eyes and eyebrows I think.

They look absolutely nothing alike. Ben Weber is good looking, for one thing (this is an old and not great photo - but check out this one: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm918132480/nm0916491) and Scotty here is not. Ben's on Secret Life of the American Teen riught now playing Molly Ringwald's BF - maybe he has a thing for redheads?
