24. No way. No how. I have had a crush on Ben Weber since Skipper days. What a hot, charming dude. A still pics is a still pic, but for hot or not, you need to see moving video to tell. Once you do that test, they are nothing alike b/c Weber had charisma and is funny, and Scotty is, frankly, a bit of an ass.
