Wacko Jacko Auction Called Off

Michael JacksonIf you had your eye on the gloves from "Edward Scissorhands" or the actual gates of Neverland Ranch, we have some disappointing news for you -- the auction of Michael Jackson's crazy stuff ain't happening.

As part of a settlement between Jackson's production company and Julien's Auction House, Jackson gets to keep the nearly 2,000 items that were to be auctioned off beginning next week.

Terms of the settlement are confidential, but the attorney for the auction house tells us "everyone is happy."

The auction house had previously said they spent $2 million organizing the sale and it was guessing the items could have fetched $12 million.

16. Many of these items, including his world famous glove from the Motown 25 performance of Billie Jean, are historic pop culture memorabilia and it'd be an absolute atrocity if they'd end up anywhere other than a museum to celebrate Michael Jackson's unsurpassed musical legacy. I'm glad the auction has been canceled, and since MJ still co-owns Neverland maybe they will look into fixing it up and establishing a formal museum in the coming years.

20. He doesn't want the crap back, he's gonna get more if he turns Neverland into Graceland and charges fans to walk through it! He probably will split the proceeds with Juliens which is why "everyone is happy" Someone's business acumen is returning. Hopefully, he gets all his stuff together.

21. You people on this site all think you're soooo witty. Especially the pedophile #19 Mannfred. A lot of you would probably buy half the stuff at the auction site. You just won't admit it because it's not a popular subject, unless you're Mannfred the boy loving freak who is probably sniffing his own crap stained fingers as I type this comment.

22. Okay, that picture is so beautiful. Don't you just want to own a piece of nothing from a creep with a nose like that? Are people crazy? If you had some extra money to buy things, why even buy his stuff? Just think about it!

28. But if the auction had gone off he would have had a enough money to buy a even bigger bag of tootsie roll tootsie pops for the little kiddies..and I don't mean his kids!! Creepo pedophile..too bad I wasn't on the jury he'd be serving life in the electric chair..ok so in the real world he wouldn't have gotten the electric chair, but in my just world he would have!!

29. #26 I agree and it's very funny. The MEDIA has been reporting that MJ is broke for the last 20 years, yet MJ's life style remains the same. He lives in mansions and travels the world when he feels like it. If I recall correctly, it was TMZ who reported that MJ was living in a $100,000 per month Beverly Hills rental. Not only did TMZ report about the Beverly Hills rental, they also posted pictures of the home on this very site.

All I can say is that once again, MICHAEL JACKSON GET'S THE LAST LAUGH!

Who's Bad!

30. If anyone wants to buy some Michael Jackson stuff, artist Kent Twitchell is selling some at the LOOK Gallery in Los Angeles, CA in the LA Mart, suite 111. He is selling photos and paintings of Michael from a photo session he did during the peak of Michael's career. He unveiled the lost mural of Michael Jackson. It's in the LA Times, check their article.
