This video is so pathetic. I am a democrat and I find it so depressing that no news programs, ESPECIALLY liberal reports, actually state the truth to what is really going on in America. Obama has racked up more debt in his first three months in office than every president combined in more than fifty years - including Bush. While I do agree that Bush spent way too much money while he was in office, doubling the countries debt to bail out failing companies is not the answer either.

And seriously, anyone who knows at all about what is going on in our country know that the Tea Parties were not only for republicans - about a quarter of the people there were democrats - and it was not only about taxes. It was about our liberties being taken away and trying to keep our bank from being nationalized. If we nationalize our banks they will become political institutions which will not only hurt them, but also their customers. Do you know of any government program that is being run effectively and efficiently and that knows how to handle their money well (ie - isn't creating more debt) and still help the people of the US? No.

Capitalism might not be liked very much by those on the left, but capitalist countries are wealthier than socialist ones for a reason and that wealth has allowed governments to provide previously unheard of help for the poor. The reason? Incentives matter. Government has neither the expertise nor the incentive to run companies efficiently.

I'm guessing all those who claim Obama is going to lower taxes on ninty five percent of the population while doubling or tripling the size and scope of government are the same people who thought they could buy a house they could not afford and stay in it for life. Do you people really thing that two percent of the population can support ninty eight percent of the population plus all the international poor the UN thinks we should be underwriting? Bad times are coming down the road, we will pay for all this mindless spending big time. MSNBC can make all the sexual jokes they want to, that will not solve the problem.

The no increase in taxes for those making less than 250k a year is Bull! Thanks to the dollar increase a pack, of smokes, I will be paying at least 400. more in taxes this year. Before you non-smokers start the dont smoke crap, if it were something you enjoyed being taxed un-fairly, you would be just as upset. Hence: Soda, Coffee, Beer, Fastfood, Cell phones, Sporting events, boats, cars, etc....

Our Goverment needs to cut the spending. Be accountable for every penny of our hard earned money, that is being used.
