Someone's After OctoMom!!!

OctoMomNadya Suleman may have hit a speed bump in her pursuit to own the rights to the word OctoMom -- seems some other company may have beat her to the punch!

TMZ has learned a technology company called Super Happy Fun Fun applied for a trademark on the word one month before Nadya did.

Here's the catch -- for the most part, both Nadya and Super Happy Fun Fun are looking to apply the trademark towards different things -- with one exception.

Both parties filed for "Class 041 Status" which means they both seek to use the word in the world of entertainment -- including perhaps a reality TV show?!

It's unclear if the two parties intend to do battle over the word -- but we'll find the true "Octo" owner soon enough.

Hahahahaha......Well, Suleman....get use to the rejection. I don't think you'll get the trademark now...you didn't coin the phrase...the media ( that you "hate" so much) did. And by the name of the company...you just might warrant a spot in the form of that little paper inside fortune cookies.

You are no longer the media's "darling"...you have been replaced by a 47 yr old singer from Scotland who has more grace and poise in her little finger than you could EVER hope to achieve. Its apparent now...you are YESTERDAYS news.
As I understand it...your "show" will air in this country ( the UK) first. To compensate us for that....they gave us Susan Boyle.

We definitely got the better end of THAT DEAL........

36. Have you noticed in her interviews, she always mentions "Resources"? Her college educated term for FREE Ride/Donations! Why would she now want to trademarke "OctoMom", she said in other interviews she hated that name. I forgot..It's another "Resource" available to Her. Worthless User Loser.

37. This whole scenario has worked out just as Nadya Sulman hoped. She is at last a celebrity! Using babies as her stepping stones to fame should tell us all we need to know about this vacant woman.

41. Actually, she has applied for 2 trademarks. One for disposable diapers and another for what could be her TV show. Both were filed on April 10. And, in the filing, she states herself as Nadya Suleman AKA Octomom. So, for someone who says she hates the term Octomom, she sure likes it now. The other company, Super Happy Fun Fun, applied for the trademark in March for computer games, toys and entertainment. Usually, whomever is first to file gets the name, but Octoscam has an attorney who will probably file a dispute. You can look it all up yourselves. Just google "trademarks" and search the TESS database for Octomom. I loathe this woman (and I use the term woman loosely).

I understand your a news outlet, so report news ... not crap about this stupid woman that everyone wishes would go back under the rock she came out of! Just because of Jon and Kate plus 8, now every welfare mama wants to show the world her cooch can express 10+ babies at a time, etc ... WHO CARES?!?! IF someone could even support that many children, what kind of life with they ever have without hand outs and welfare?? These kids wont be attending college, won't be getting a new car when they are 16 ... look at christmas time! 43. So after all the donations to buy a half mil house, $1000.00 at the mac counter in march she now wants to sponge the ppls money to emply her in tv over her self attention ways. I I hope happy happy fun company gets the name and produces a a joke sitcom on this woman and i hope happy happy fun company reaps all the financial benefits from it for having the brain to trade mark it asap.

45. Have you notice that people like John & Kate make 8, have their kids with them. They are doing everything they can to be good parents and devote themselves to their kids. Octomom is rarely seen with her kids. She is always out and about, but no kids. When she does pull a couple out of the octohouse it is either one of them or a couple, but with her nanny and mom! She goes to Disneyland with only one of them and with a camera crew (starting at 6 am and gets home at 1:30 am the next day....who does that?!?). She pulls a couple out here and there to make it look like she's taking care of them. It is disgusting. I only have 3 kids and you don't see me out without my kids. I'm sure that is true of most moms. This woman is stealing from anyone who gives her money. If you want to throw away your money, give it to me!
